Bought a wool duvet for my grand son. When I received it I saw that it wasn’t washable. Returned it immediately, as wasn’t prepared to spend £200.00 plus on a dry clean product.
Over a week later I received an email from them as I hadn’t ticked the reason for return box….the reasons available didn’t fit my criteria. Still waiting for a refund 21 days later. It does say 30days, but feel like companies like this drag their feet a little.
