I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Yee Add-ons (add-ons.org). While I cannot definitively state they are a fraudulent company, their conduct has been so appalling that it has raised concerns in my mind about their legitimacy. This alone is a red flag that no reputable business should want associated with their name.
They promise:
"We provide support 24/7, but it may take up to 8 hours due to our business working hours. (Please keep in mind that it may take longer at weekends.) Thank you so much for trusting & using our plugins. We always try our best to give you the top-notch support!"
This could not be further from my experience. I paid over $300 for a plugin that not only failed to work properly but also felt unfinished—like a beta version. Despite this, I was willing to overlook the product's shortcomings, hoping that their customer service could help resolve the issues. Unfortunately, the worst was yet to come: dealing with their support team.
The support experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite sending multiple emails and pleas for assistance, I either receive no response or vague, unhelpful replies that lead to further delays. As of now, I have been waiting over seven days for answers to my questions, with nothing but an automated response in return. This level of disregard for paying customers is unacceptable.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Yee Add-ons. If you are considering their plugins for platforms like Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms, Ninja Forms, or WooCommerce, I strongly advise exploring other options.
If anyone requires proof of my numerous attempts to resolve this, I am more than willing to provide evidence of the ongoing email exchanges.
