If I could give this company a negative…
If I could give this company a negative 5 stars I would. I ordered 5 trackers and they sent the IOS version. After repeated emails with customer service they finally gave me ship back info. I shipped all 5 with tracking number and they were received. This was over 5 months ago and still no refund. NEVER do business with this POS company. They are the absolute worst!
I get no more correspondence and I have asked to speak to someone with authority and still no answers! Don't ever do business with this company.

Bought the tracking devices (order #15849), total garbage, do not work. Tried writing the company, they get a sudden case of amnesia and ignore you.

Unlike many others, who have purchased from this company, I ordered two trackers and received two. They arrived 9 days after I ordered them and I found them easy to set up. I have been monitoring them, and they are giving the correct locations of my vehicles. The only downside was like many others, I expected them to be magnetic, which they are not. Thus, the reason for only four stars.

I had some issues with my first batch however…
I had some issues with my first batch of 6 there was a small tech issue, I was assured By Kathryn there was a small modification being made and it will get sorted asap, a couple of days later a new batch of trackers arrived I turned them on one by one and they all connected and work perfectly, with all tech there is teething issues and when there is an issue its how the company deals with that issue that counts, Kathryn was very professional answered all my questions and sorted the problem, 10/10 cant ask for no more than that.

Great customer support
The first trackers I received wouldn’t work due to a software issue. But I contacted the company and they sent out new trackers to me which worked straight out of the box. Absolutely first class customer service and speedy solution to the problem. Thanks very much. A totally trustworthy company.

I brought 2 trackers off Add ondesign…
I brought 2 trackers off Add ondesign and only received one and the one that did come was faulty. I reached out to the company regarding this issue on the 08/09/25 and till current 16/10/25 the issue is still unresolved, they ignored emails, gave excuses and out right refused to refund the items. Or help to find a solution. I had been forced to dispute the funds and I would advise no one to go through with any purchases with this company.

Wrong items sent contacted customer support who promised to rectify then silence and no longer responding poor service and just scam by sending wrong items out

Steer Clear
No magnetic cases as advertised.
One tracker not fit for purpose.
Dragging out a refund or exchange.
Really not a very reputable company, selling cheap products that don't work then refusing to exchange or refund.
Best way they can improve is by no one buying from them and them going out of business.

Fantastic customer service.
I ordered a couple of the trackers for my car and they work great so I reordered the same again but was sent two Android trackers in error instead of the IOS version.
Kathryn dealt with the problem swiftly and without any delay sent me two new trackers out free of charge.

I ordered a 2 pack of trackers
I ordered a 2 pack of trackers, they arrived with no magnetic cases, I could only pair 1 to my android phone (works well). I contacted the company, and Kathryn sent me instructions on how to pair the 2nd tracker, I didnt work. I contacted Kathryn again and was sent 2 more trackers with the magnetic cases, the new ones paired to my phone. I have to admit it was a little frustrating, but I received great customer service from Kathryn.

Scam. The trackers don't even attempt to work. They just make a noise and are never designed to connect. I got both Android and Apple type. Both did not work. When I complained the company gave all kinds of BS excuses like "make sure your phone is charged". Then refused to acknowledge my email.
