ADCU is very professional organisation and helped me in my most difficult situation very well and sorted out legal issues with TFL like licence renewing delay, false report from some passenger and with some legal advices. If you are TFL licenced minicab driver, you must be their member and you should see the difference very much when you struggle in legal circumstances or need legal advices releated to our job
I had an excellent experience with ADCU. They are incredibly supportive, especially Hadi, who went out of his way to help me with my prolonged licence renewal issue. He immediately contacted TFL on my behalf, and within just 24 hours, I received confirmation that my licence had been renewed!

I first heard about ADCU from a video on YouTube regarding the licence renew problems that TFL were having. At this point I had been waiting for my new licence from TFL for 8 weeks & my financial situation, like many other drivers, was getting extremely difficult. The last email I got from TFL was on 14th March saying they don't know gow long it will take for the new licence to be given
I contacted ADCU explaining my licence situation on 2nd April by email at 16:30, by 17:15 they had replied asking for my badge number sating that they were happy to contact TFL for me about it. When they contacted TFL they notified me & said they will be in touch when they get a response. On 11th April I got a phone call from TFL saying my licence had been issued & ADCU sent me an email on the same day saying the same. I was extremely happy with the assistance that ADCU provided for me during a very difficult time & would definitely recomend them

Amazing union every driver should be a member… had TfL letter regarding some complaints as soon I contacted ADCU they were on my case and wrote letter on behalf of me promptly the next day had an email from TfL all SORTED. A truly amazing service Big thank you to Marius helping me through.

Do not do any silly mistake.
Read the guidelines.
I am so lucky in this case. If the complainant given, will drag the case longer.
