The updates have been a disaster CV droped to 2%

The updates have been a disaster. The company changed its name to AdBlueMedia for reasons I can't understand from CPABuild (Bad Reason). I had over 2,000 clicks with a 1% CTR, which is unbelievable. I'm not sure what's going on, whether their tracking system is broken, advertisers are stealing our leads, or if AdBlueMedia itself is taking them. This is completely unacceptable. As a high-ranking publisher with top-quality traffic, it’s frustrating. One day, the leads came pouring in, and suddenly the network stopped sending them. What’s going on, AdBlueMedia? Are you stealing our money now?

Flagging accounts without valid fraud reason

I have been working with this network for over 6 months now and I have been driving traffic from TikTok and Quora groups, I received all my weekly earnings for those months. UUUNTIL This week they just decided to flag my account for fraud without specifying what kind of fraud since I also tracked my conversions quality by checking for bots, proxy and vpn traffic. Most of my traffic were legitimate and of 0 fraud on my tracking. It`s even sad that they don`t answer to any appeal or even tell what was the fraud for since this is the way I have been working for the past 6 months without changing traffic sources.
I am giving them 1 star for not specifying the fraud and dormant customer support.

They often ban or lock accounts without valid reasons, which is extremely poor service. I believe their process needs to change. Anyone can generate fake leads by clicking on offer links through free marketing on Facebook. Therefore, I think AdBlueMedia should implement a system to prevent fake leads. Additionally, before banning or suspending an account, they should send a warning email to the user.
