Beware! I googled Dfds customer services contact no and inadvertently clicked on this website. They changed my travel date which I couldn’t do online myself at a cost of £270 and Dfds would have charged £50. It took nearly an hour which I now realise was because they were trying to get through several times to Dfds for information they hadn’t asked for initially. Incompetent and expensive.

This is a scam! We booked a two-leg flight with this agency. Got a confirmation email from them. When we went to check in 24 hours before our flight, we found out that the first leg of our flight was never booked!!! And shame on Google flights for not vetting!

I recently booked my Delhi to San Fransisco air tickets through Adam Vacations. When I had a few queries about my booking and possible change in date, I reached out to their toll free helpline in India. Mr. Vaibhav from Adam Vacations responded to my calls and resolved all my doubts in a very graceful and patient manner. I am grateful for his polite communication, attentive listening, and prompt support. His helpful and soft-spoken approach truely reflects the high standard of customer service at Adam Vacations. Had a great experience through the representative Robert Wood. He was very helpful and answered my questions.

Would not recommend this place. I went through them from a Google flight search. They had the cheapest flight, so I chose it and paid, only to be called back the next day with them requiring extra fees. Which by the way made them not the cheapest flight that they guaranteed.
I would never recommend a place that lies. Beware if you book through this company.

Representative Rose was such a great help in clarifying my father's tickets and getting new tickets to be able to come back to the states as soon as possible. She was very thorough, kind, patient, and professional. I was able to rebook with ease and have everything verified with her over the phone. Thank you so much Rose for your kindness and professionalism.

My experience with Adam Vacations was extremely disappointing. The flight price increased unexpectedly during the booking process, and after I completed the purchase, I discovered that my ticket did not include checked baggage, which was not clearly disclosed before payment.

When I contacted customer service, I was quoted an unreasonable amount to add baggage. I then asked to cancel my booking, but I was told I would not receive a full refund. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the representative was rude, unprofessional, and even suggested that I dispute the charge with my bank if I wanted to pursue the matter.

One thing that made the experience even more concerning was that my first call was answered by a representative who identified herself as Angel. After the call was disconnected, I called back, and the person who answered sounded like the same representative, but this time she identified herself as Ema. I cannot be certain it was the same person, but based on the voice and manner of speaking, it appeared to be.

Overall, I felt misled by the pricing, the lack of transparency about baggage, and the poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking through Adam Vacations.

Scam ! This business is based in India and Look at all the reviews. Positive reviews are only from people they know!

They false advertise prices to lure you in ! Then they show their real faces with a horrible customer service and even worse wait times!
They will take your money and cancel your bookings!

Save yourself some trouble and use a better provider.
