Mixed opinion, honest from a repeat customer.
Are the alternators good? Yes. Is the communication easy? Not at all, owner hardly speaks english, and the very little english he speaks is not enough to get an accurate order, I myself have ordered one due to how good the prices are and the extras that come with the order, including an external regulator, manual on how to wire it, etc. However the ordering process is so hard I thought about giving up plenty of times, I ordered an alternator for a Toyota Auris 1.4L Gasoline car, was told it would be plug and play, after I asked PLENTY of times if he is sure it's for the Gasoline engine of the car model, he confirmed plenty of times, and what do you know, the diesel version came and I had to pay more to have fittings custom made for it, really bad experience, when installed though it worked like a charm, voltage regulator is accurate, fast, and does the job well, alternator was also brought with a test certificate, don't know how accurate it is, but my voltage drops are no more.
More recently, as such I have entered today's date, I've been trying to get an alternator for a Nissan Almera vehicle, no answer when asked for shipping, total ghosting.
What's even worse in my opinion, is that the site AND the owner works by receiving bank transfers, and a PayU payment options, I have never heard of PayU so I went with a bank transfer, I took a huge risk when it came to my own alternator, I did receive a receipt from a POS in the box, but what if something went wrong? What about warranty? It's bound by EU laws to give receipts and cover all shipping costs and/or replacement costs (I hope I never need it) but this is beyond low, especially for such good quality products that they sell, do better.
