From initial discussions with Guy, through the sale and purchase process with Victoria and Alix, to the completion last week, I can’t fault the service and support we have had from Adair Paxton.

Always contactable, solid and consistent communication, really making it feel as though we were just one team trying to achieve our sale and purchase.

Everyone involved made the process as stress-free as possible - me and my family can’t thank them enough.

Katy and Kerry were very efficient and my move went through perfectly fine. Until I actually moved in and realised that I was not given basic information such as my specific parking allocation, code to the communal refuse room, little things like that.Not sure who is responsible for ensuring that information is passed on to the new tenant, but surely it is not the neighbours' job to show me, after I've upset people by parking in their allocated spot (because no one had told me). Basic information that should be in the pack. Luckily, after that the property management team has been extremely good at sorting mistakes that shoud not have happened in the first place.

Victoria and Alix have been exceptional throughout our sale, proactively chasing the parties involved to keep things moving along efficiently. They have been very patient with me calling frequently whilst we worked through a bit of a rollercoaster and have always helped as much as they can to ease my nerves. Thank you so much.

Amazing support from Kerry, Donna and the team. Everyone I spoke to and met was genuinely lovely and made the process of moving stress free, straightforward and enjoyable. Spoke most to Kerry who is a superstar - nothing too much trouble, knowledgeable and always answered my queries quickly. Would thoroughly recommend this agency.

We have had very positive dealings with Adair Paxton so far. They made the process of applying for the property we rent from them very straightforward and easy to follow. All the staff we have engaged with have been very professional, friendly, and patient answering our queries. Especially Kerry and Katie. We needed to rent somewhere short to medium term for specific reasons and we felt that Katie and Kerry took the time to understand our circumstances and helped us to secure the property we wanted. Adair Paxton act for my former freeholder collecting service charges, billing for electricity etc. Whilst some matters can take time to resolve regarding buildings maintenance, I have always found the credit control department to be easy to do business with and responsive.

Kerry McMurray was our contact throughout the process and has been a joy to work with. Super helpful and friendly and I would be happy to use Adair Paxton again in the future

Daniel has been extremely helpful sorting out a disabled access to the apartment building for my partner. He sent a contractor on the same day and followed up with an email to check if things have worked. Daniel is very professional and understanding. His prompt action made a huge difference to my partner’s life and independence.

AVOID. I was left with no washing machine for 2+ weeks and the agency confirmed that the landlord would not be reimbursing the launderette costs I was forced to pay.

If you are a tenant, know that Adair Paxton's definition of "acting accordingly" means leaving you without essential appliances for weeks and expecting you to pay for the privilege. Their failure to meet their basic legal obligations is matched only by their dismissive attitude.

The failure was not just the broken machine; it was the agency's complete refusal to take responsibility for the delay. I am now out of pocket through no fault of my own. Find an agency that actually understands its obligations.

The service from Adair Paxton was excellent. A big thank you to Reece and Lillie for their help. They managed the entire process of arranging a gas contractor from start to finish. We had a problem with our communal Sky dish - Sky said it was a problem the Management company needed to sort. Ben did all he had to do very promptly, company he appointed were amazing too.

Ben Acton of Adair Paxton is the managing agent of a block of leasehold properties in which I have a property. The block needed extensive and substantial repairs including reroofing and cladding. Ben managed the process in conjunction with the directors of the management company in a very organised way bringing it to a successful completion on time and within budget to the satisfaction of the leaseholders whose worries were always alleviated by a good means of communication
