This is scam company

This is scam! I wish I did my research before purchasing. I was duped by a youtuber promoting their services. I purchased their snapchat agency service for $97. After purchasing and communicating with members of their team (Jane and Carl) to setup the account, they advised that I did not qualify as my domain was less than 3 months old. Since then they have stopped communicating with me and have refused to process a refund. I now have to get my bank involved to get my money back. Please stay away, they are not a legitimate company. Writing this review in hopes that it will help others not get scammed.
