Goodyear tires failing after 20 K miles and no warranty coverage

I bought a new set of Goodyear tires from them a couple of years ago. The first issue was lack of road hazard warranty coverage. I had to pay for a new tire after a pothole destroyed one of the new tires. Next there was a balance issue that they charged another fee to fix. Finally, 3 of 4 tires have started cupping at about 20,000 miles even though alignment is good. They said that warranty does not cover that because i did not rotate tires every 5000 miles.
