Nice and productive app
Unfortunately package codes have many issues
Unfortunately, my clients complain frequently that package codes don’t work properly. Sometimes a code allows a client to schedule unlimited sessions. Sometimes an active code does not all allow a client to schedule any sessions. Sometimes an active code shows as expired when it is not. I have not been able to resolve these issues using Acuity’s help link.

It has been extremely easy to use and integrate Acuity scheduling into my website. I love being able to customize that platform to my needs. It seemlessly connects with both my website and my Zoom account for scheduling meetings

I think it’s really user friendly for my clients and for myself. However, as I had acuity before I had a squarespace website, the fact I cannot integrate the two accounts and have clients sign up to my mailing list etc via acuity is really annoying.

The best system by far
I use Acuity for my Clinic, clients almost mention how easy the system is to book, payment, and useful reminders. For me it saves endless hours of admin, chasing payments, managing appointments, note taking and follow up marketing. The system was surprisingly easy to set up, embed into my website and setting schedule with scheduled hours, breaks, and holidays easily done. I have never had an issue with Acuity, and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a premium service that offers everything you could need.

I love that you are able to customize…but it still needs updating
I love that you are able to customize the booking page to your liking. The thing I dislike the most is that you are unable to go in and adjust the times slots of services based on clients needs on the calendar which can be a inconvenience as a service provider because some clients appointments my not take as long as others. It causes conflict with my actual times I’m available and clients can not see it. Other booking sites allow providers to adjust time slots accordingly and I wish acuity would hop on board.

Good app, easy to use in most ways.
4 improvements that would make it easier for us would be :
1. To be able to delete all upcoming bookings for a client on the phone app …currently u have to delete 1 appt at a time & if we have 50 odd appts for that client it’s time consuming. I have to find time to get to the laptop, wait for it to start, pick up on the Internet hotspotted from my phone, log in & do it from there.
2. When we book a client that wants a regular ongoing riding lesson spot we can only book max 52 of them, then we aren’t always aware that their bookings have run out so it appears we have a spot available when we actually don’t. We have accidentally double booked lessons because of this
3. When a coach or a client wants to change coach we can’t just click reschedule all & nominate the coach we now want the bookings in with. We have to use the laptop to delete all their lessons then book them all again under the new coach which then creates more cancelled lessons when u go to view their lessons at any stage in the future
4. When viewing upcoming appts for a client on our phones we’d like to be able to not see alllll the cancelled lessons, only the valid ones. On the laptop you can select not to see them but on the phone we haven’t found that option.
We are a riding school so we are rarely in the office to use the laptop, we are out & about on the property or trying to make changes to bookings at home after work so to need to access the laptop at work to perform these certain functions is frustrating

It is almost impossible to get answers.to questions. I had a custom site for years and I could access everything and manipulate information.
I have a client who cannot use a gift certificate to book a class. No reason, no information, no help.

Check all my correspondence with you. Submitted many tickets. Was told things would be passed on to development. No improvements made. I lost money because of this platform.
It’s getting there, but still a long way to go for the price we pay
It’s getting better but still so glitchy. Please sort out:
1. Time zone errors (so clients can browse their workouts at their local time zone without having to calculate)
2. The constant need for clients to put in their booking code when using a membership or punch card. If they are logged in, the system needs to know which packages they’ve already purchased
3. Having an app for the user or a way to track their upcoming classes (when they book in bulk they have issues finding the zoom login because they did it so long ago)
