Unable to install, no help despite of complaint

I purchased Office 365 along with Kaspersky in Aug this year. I was able to load Kaspersky, however, had issues installing Office 365. Wrote Emails. But no response. A

wrong key and it did not work. We are awaiting refund confirmation

Activation process actually happens over mail confirmation ID. I it is easy and I loved it.

It was easy activation process, got a little confused while installing as I didnt have installation Id when I filled the form in matter of 5 mins I received the email and it was activated the whole process was like 10- 15 mins , Recommended!
