I was surprised to see crypto assets…
I was surprised to see crypto assets here at ActivTrades, because brokers with that much regulations tend to avoid offering those assets. Bad for them, crypto currencies is one of the most growing assets now, just look at bitcoin and some memcoins, that`s why I fully switched to these assets. Here, it was really convenient to trade crypto there, x20 leverage for bitcoin and quite tight spreads, it`s all I needed. Though, I am still cautious about these assets, who knows the time when volatility hits, washing out my stop losses.

They won 18 trading awards being the best broker in some year
Trading conditions are solid over there from 4 platforms to no commissions
Withdrawals are fast and affordable
I can`t even create some arguments to compromise their image, everything seemed to me like a cool option for forex trading. It`s always the right choice to trade with old brokerage companies…

Obviously, no issues with depositing ,withdrawing funds and all that. Fees are 0, leverage is up to x400, spreads on trading fx majors like eur/usd, usd/chf are no more than 3 pips in average. A sheer pleasure😋

Tbh, whenever I watch online webinars, I’m always enjoying how much useful information Paul Wallace tells us about forex, indices and commodities markets. Additionally, it’s impressive how he explains all the things with simple terms.
I thought that I am an experienced trader since i have been in this industry for over 3,5 years but compared to Paul, I’m a total noob. It turned out that he has been in the trading sphere for over 29 years, wow, this is really something unique. I really appreciate that this broker holds all webinars absolutely for free and they don’t require us to pay for this.

They are blocking clients accounts with bogus claims.
All my documents are legit. I am in forex since 2017, and I’ve never seen a broker this bad. They even take money from your account under some stupid excuse.

My name is Mean MD Emon, and I am a client of this company. They advertise spreads on Gold/USD at 20 pips, but when I opened a live account, the spreads were actually 50 pips. Additionally, their customer support is very slow. I tried to use their live chat last night and waited over an hour without any assistance. I do not recommend this company.

I have heard that many traders prefer…
I have heard that many traders prefer to trade through common and popular trading platforms like the Metatrader 4 and the Metatrader 5. However, I decided to try to trade through the proprietary ActivTrader platform and I like that they implement the user interface of TradingView inside the ActivTrade application.
It is really interesting and more enjoyable to trade like this because I got used to making a technical analysis on the TradingView website and luckily, ActiveTrade is cooperating with this organization. I’m glad to be a part of this great company and I hope it is only the beginning!

I was trading with ActivTrades for 3 years
I was trading with ActivTrades for almost 3 years. After not trading with them for quite a while I got emails and calls from the account manager, "come back to us". Ok, done!
I used my MT4 live account with 1:200 leverage and started trading oil, 10 lots to be exact. Within an hour after I started they dropped my leverage to 1:75. Suddenly I had to deposit A LOT of more funds to keep my positons alive because of the suddenly higher margin requirements. They wrote "it is only to protect you". Yes sure, you almost margin me out by changing the leverage without letting me know. VERY protective!!!
2 weeks later they had several server issues which were not fixed for 2 days, even after writing multiple emails. An unfriendly support chat finally fixed the issue which was in their system after an update they did.
After all that experience I had enough, closed my positions and requested my money via Neteller.
There the REAL fraud starts. They claim I haven't traded enough (how if you suddenly require almost 3000$ per lot margin?!) and they will charge back ALL Neteller fees for the last 3 years.
They just deducted 23000EUR from my account, yes 23 thousand without any upfront warning and sent the rest.
To conclude, they ask you to come back trading, drop you leverage immediately after you start to make you deposit more money and then charge you the Neteller fees backwards on all your account history.
In one word FRAUD, big FRAUD!!!
