Excellent classes available from home
I enjoy so much
A big variety of classes including ballet of all levels, yoga and contemporary dance especially designed for small spaces. I teach ballet and find the classes to be well designed to help you progress and develop specific skills. They have helped me recover from two lots of spinal surgery too.
The experience level organized classes are very helpful. It sets the student up for success. I love that the instructors explain some of the underlying technique details, giving us an analytical understanding of ballet. I find that the ENB classes fill in knowledge gaps in my own experience. The variety is excellent. The instructors are personable.
This is a wonderful resource. I have enjoyed taking classes in ballet, yoga and conditioning and the insights I have gained from some of the instructors are priceless. These insights have very much informed my technique during regular in-person classes.
Classes are easy to follow. Play at home on demand, very convenient! Price is reasonable.
I really enjoy the classes, as a dancer and as a teacher. Warm-ups, cool-downs, strengthening, technique, classical variations are all very helpful. I would prefer to be in the studio with the instructors, but these classes are a great substitute. And I love, love, love the pianists.
It's a great resource. There's a wide range of classes and levels: not just ballet, but - for example - contemporary dance and flamenco, as well as yoga, warms ups and cool downs and helpful fitness sessions. All the classes I have tried have been expertly and clearly taught and demonstrated. Ballet Active is perfect to use at home or wherever you are, and complements live classes if you are lucky enough to have them too.
