Free bike fits from our experienced technicians are available on all new bikes, with fitting studios at both of our locations. Fully-qualified Cytech mechanics are on hand in our workshops to accommodate your servicing and repair needs, and all our staff have a wealth of knowledge and experience to provide advice on any aspect of cycling. Beyond this, we strive to be a local hub for cycling and help get the local community out riding, promoting local events and shop rides. We are also pleased to be able to provide home delivery of bikes within Kent, Sussex and Surrey, bringing the in-store service to your doorstep.

Just bought a Trek Roscoe 7 and a Trek Marlin+ 8 for my son and me. Steve at ACTIV Cycles was so helpful with all our questions over the phone and in delivering the bikes in person and running through the set up. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend and we love the bikes.
