I was very well informed on the product from the beginning. The electricians and installers did an excellent job. No mess after they left. Full support when needed from company. Staff very helpful and friendly. Expensive but feel it was money well spent. Would highly recommend.

Donncha and his team who fitted the panels were excellent, he explained the workings of it all and they had the job done in a few hours.

In general my experience with Activ8 was very positive, the staff were helpful in explaining the functions of the solar panel system. My reason for not giving the full 5 stars was the installation was not completed in 1 day otherwise everything else was extremely satisfactory.

Absolutly wonderful experience.. sales person james was great at explaining.. but the 3 lads that came to do the work.. they were solid hard working lads... 2 out on the roof Jack & Paul working in awful weather doing 18 solars and 1 lad Donnacha《 fantastic worker》 doing all the electrics inside.. its a serious amout of work.. i honestly expected more than 3 workers.. but the worked non stop .. i couldnt recommended them more.. we are so happy with our instalation.. clean tidy neat job.

A fantastic company to deal with
Staff at Activ8 have been very approachable and informative assisting us through the process, from initial consultation, engineer survey, to final completion & after.
On the day, the installation was very clean, professional and efficient.
Customer care are based in Ireland and are available to answer any queries you may have over the phone, which is a nice change given the hands-off policy of many companies using AI chat bots etc.
