Wasted Potential

I bought one of their items via HobbySearch. It came with multiple QC issues such as a broken foot, cheap chrome plating chipping off, and loose parts. You have to contact the manufacturer for defects, and Actiontoys has not responded to multiple emails with photos and video evidence for 4 months. Their website is outdated, and they seem to be mainly active on Facebook. Their products look great if everything goes according to plan, but don't expect them to take responsibility if something goes wrong.
