I was scammed by a company called CFReserve about two years ago. At the time we were fighting bush fires so attention to the scamming took second place. After the smoke had settled I approached CBA with little success or support. Then after about twelve months later I found Action Refund and Elle Ibragim my case assessment officer. I fully agree to Sören, it a scam company. A company you have to pay in advance, you will get a contact, so it look serious and trustful. But nothing in return. The fellows who dealed for this company located in Switzerland were all arrested because of fraud.

I have waited almost 2 years and nothing has happened. They will not help you, they say they will help you to get your money back from scammers but sadly to say that they are scammers themselves!!! They don't keep their promises. They will take your money. Stay away from them. The good reviews are probably themselves trying to fool people.

They keep saying they are working on my file, but no action after tahat. it's been 10 month now and they couldn't do anything. and stopped replying my emails.

actionrefund agent told me I have a strong case and they can help me at start.

They sent me a simple email with a bad English, which I have to fix their mistakes, then I sent the letter to my broker. They came back and said this is my fault and I am responsible for the account.

The agent was allocated to me couldn't help, they are not acting in your behalf, and simple emails get you nowhere. Please do not trust them.
