We got to know Actionpoint through their Insight audit programme and have now been using them for a number of months. Their onsite weekly stock checks are very useful and also the fact that I have access to my own online portal so I can see exactly what they are holding in stock for us, what they are delivering, prices, material specs etc... Although we have 3 different teams who all arrange their own packaging requirements and it used to get very complicated, we can now do this centrally through the portal. Would definitley recommed a chat with Actionpoint if you think your spending too much time on your packaging buying!

Actionpoint's a great company to work with, especially their Freedom program which has in the space of just 1 week hugely helped our packaging buying and packaging is now the easiest part of my purchasing role instead of the most complex and I also have the security of knowing I will never run our of any of our packaging products.

We have been a customer for a good few years now. Quick turnaround when required, always willing to help and advise.

I've been using Actionpoint for years and would never change. They're solid and dependable and deliver on their promises. Would recommend.

Clunky and not joined up is the best way to describe my last purchase. The specially ordered goods came in and I was notified of the fact and that I could add some other items to make up to carriage paid value, which I did.
The "added" items then got delivered on their own!! The specially ordered item got delivered 2 days later -- on it's own!!
So much for carriage paid!!

A let down. Such a shame I have been dealing with Action point for around 10 years if not longer. This time totally let down by the quality of their work producing a reprint of a box order. Sadly finished up with court case. Which in fairness they settled prior to the case date.

Great service - package arrived as expected and on time.

Bought some bags with our logo printed on each bag back in 2014, paid a one off payment to have a stamp made to do this. Orderded the bags again in 2018, nothing was said and the bags were sent without the logo. Emailed Actionpoint and they sent us another quote saying one off payment for a stamp. Told the customer service guy that we had already paid this back in 2014, to which he replied it was industry standard to throw the stamps away if they werent used in two years. At no point was we told this at point of purchase and neither did it state this on the new quote, but did state one of payment again. I tried explaining to the guy that you can't quote one off payment if it is industry standard to throw it away after two years. If this had been mentioned to us at the start, we wouldn't of bought so much in 2014 and orderded smaller quantities to prevent our own stamp from being thrown away. I'm not angry with this policy, it makes complete sense. But you need to be told it at the point of purchase, not one of payment! Complete mis-sell of a product. When I try to explain this concept to the sales guy, he just says its industry standard. As if this is a standard bit of information that everyone knows... Frustrated and of course I won't be paying another £170 one off payment for a stamp.
