The booking process was very simple and straightforward. The system was installed by Kieran who was excellent advising on the best locations to locate the sensors and took us through the operation of the alarm.

Aidan was really helpful answering all my queries and help me install the system on urgent basis.

I requested a service as one of my window sensors was acting up. Kieran arrived on time, fixed the sensor quickly but also noticed two other issues. A low battery notification in another sensor and the outside alarm box light was dead. Fixed both additional issues with no fuss. Great service

We're in the process of moving house and needed a security solution. The previous occupants used Action24 as well and gave us a rare recommendation on their experience as they were leaving.

From the initial call to signing up, a couple of weeks elapsed and during those days, any time I had a question, it was calmly answered by the sales agent who had a very calming demeanor about him. When I did eventually sign, it was a smooth experience, details were emailed, procedures on how to change codes, use app etc are easy to understand. Having the easy to understand app is great, although some of the initial setup options made little sense (i didn't read guide too much!) - I had it set up in a couple of minutes. I love how I can arm/disarm from the app!

This experience was great, from start to finish. This is in huge contrast to having to talk to phone watch and the pressure tactics of "it is normally 1300e, get it today for 65e. Offer ends tomorrow!". Then tomorrow comes, "You need to sign up now! Offer ends in a few hours!". Another day passes "Offer has been extended for you, be quick" and the calls continued. I'm sure the phone watch pressure selling works but its really annoying and rude.

From the first phonecall to Alan to the fast and efficient installation of the alarm by Kieron, everything was hassle free. Everything was clearly explained by Alan and followed up by an email. Unlike some other companies there was no hard sell to add extras. Kieron arrived bang on time and did an excellent job. Thanks to all.

Cameron just came to install my alarm. Did a FANTASTIC neat job! Being an older Customer and not the most techie person, Cameron really took his time explaining the system and making sure I was comfortable with it before he left. A lovely, pleasant guy. 10 out of 10.

I am giving you this mark in hope that first you will see it and second that you will use it to improve your service. As spart of Alar 24 we have heating control through app and so far was ok.
Thursday evening system was reporting low battery in one of the sensors, i rang support and they told me to call again on Friday because it was late and there was no Team to look into this ( because of warranty we are not supposed to change batteries ourself) On Friday second sensor was with low battery, I rang and girl told me: leave it with me, I'll log a call.

At that moment heating was down already. Saturday morning all sensors were malfunction state, heating upstairs, downstaris, hot water- everything dead. I rang support as it was advised they told me that they don’t have anyone on call regarding heating and that we need to wait Tuesday morning ( due to Bank holiday). Alarm 24 has chat bot who suggested me to wear warm clothes.

We are with your company for years ( both heating and security monitoring) doing regular checks and have warranty. But it looks like you don't have support regarding heating problem if it happens on Friday night (plus Bank holiday). Temp in our house was going down to 15’c due to cold weather. I realy think this needs to be changed/improved.

All this you can see in your logs. And few support tickets we creted.

We tried every possible solution, on the end with us doing so much troubleshooting, checking kerosene boiler, all pumps, electric relay, batteries, somehow we managed to reset system.

Excellent communication. Friendly but professional . Smooth process. Neat system very easy to use.
