Acra is a new addition to my Broker Shop, coming highly recommended by a fellow Loan Officer in the industry. I brought a challenging deal that had been seeking financing for 14 months. I recently worked with Acra Lending on a loan, and I had a very positive experience. Marcos Quinones was my Account Executive, and he was excellent. He was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated on the progress of my loan.

One thing I appreciated about Acra Lending was how quickly they cleared conditions. The conditions were simple and straightforward, and Marcos made sure that everything was taken care of promptly.

Acra Lending is responsive and helpful with complex client scenarios. We were able to close a first time home buyer, foreign investor loan with a Power of Attorney that was signed at a US Embassy in Africa and recorded at closing with the loan documents. All of this was completed while the buyer's agent was in Italy and the escrow officer was on vacation at closing! Top notch!

Karen was super helpful in getting my first 2 loans submitted. She is very knowledge and always available to answer questions! I look forward to working with her more in the future.
