If I could give a zero star I would. I also made a purchase of a watch box and never received any communication. I’ve messaged them on Instagram and still no response.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Echoing the review posted previously. 2/3 products arrived fine. I had a problem with 1 and this is where the issues begin. The customer service tell you they have raised the issue with their management and you never hear back. Multiple chasers and the same copy paste reply. The company is a joke. Do not waste your time with them.

Fraudulent Company
Initially heard about the company on IG from another user. Quickly placed an order as the product seems legit. Shipping was fast via DoorDash. Product arrived on time looks great. However, zipper is stuck and won't open. I've attempted to reach out to the company and they only responded once asking for a video. No further response at all. I've followed up 6 times and gave up. Throwing the item away and filing dispute charges against the company. Don't buy

Quality and service dismal
I purchased a watch case from the company as they looked very high quality on their tiktok feeds. When I received the package after approx 2 weeks, to my surprise although the overall quality seemed good, the stitching center of the case on both sides was off and obviously had a mistake. I tried to contact customer service via email, over their website and via the phone number listed there but have not had an answer at all. Their site states 30 day return/refund but this needs to be managed via their customer service! I would steer clear given the cost vs. expectations they raise and what you actually get!
