First, off great packaging, these panels really look great, most importantly they really work!
We installed our 2'x4'panels with high-end velcro strips on to our plaster wall and they went up great.

Fast service and delivery, excellent product

I bought two bass traps and six wall panels. The products are great and work very well. The only issue was that some small holes were rubbed into the corners of the bass traps, probably from shipping.

Quality excellent. The panels come well wrapped within the box. It is a good thing because the screws an z-brackets broke through the envelope it was in during shipping.

The mass loaded vinyl I purchased was great for soundproofing my garage. My garage band tends to get a bit loud for the neighbors. I've only covered half of the garage door windows and it already lowered the outside noise by 10 db! Definitely buying more soon!

My order was actually lost by FedEx, and upon contacting Acoustimac they immediately sent a replacement order that was delivered extremely promptly. I was really impressed by their customer service and how quickly my issue was resolved. Everything arrived well-packaged and undamaged.

The tiles work well. However, tracking of the shipment was difficult which isn’t fair when you pay close to $60 for shipping. One of the panels was damaged. Fortunately it was damaged at the back of the panel so it doesn’t show.
