I ordered from ACNHKK the other day and was a little unsure of what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised! It was a really quick and easy service to use, and I'm about to make a second order today!
When I placed my order, about 15 minutes later one of the team came to deliver the items, however, there was an error and I had to update the dodo code. Before I could even email/message via live chat, the team sent me an email requesting the new dodo code and they came over straight away! The delivery person also gave me some bonus nook miles tickets which was really nice.

Just used the site to get a villager I wanted. So much faster than hunting for them through the mystery islands.

Delivery was a little longer than advertised BUT I'm sure they have a lot of orders with the new update. I've ordered in the past and delivery has always been super quick. If you have questions they answer in a timely manner.

First time buying from acnhkk.com and the experience wasn't good. I usually buy from another site, but they were more expensive.

They delivered my items after one hour (even though the website says 10-30 mins) , but forgot several items. After contacting customer service they came with some of the items. Figured out today that yet another item was missing. Customer service told me it would be an hour wait and I would get nmts as comp.

It's nice that they give comp for not getting the order right, but it's sloppy work to miss several items and for such a long waiting time.

Genuine site for buying items in ACNH with good prices. I received all items I paid for in a quick amount of time.

I usually use acnhkk to buy some of my furniture and normally quick and easy but recently they were not helpful at all I purchased a bunch of the new 2.0 things and never received them after waiting 3 HOURS I even contacted customer service and they never helped me I asked them multiple times for an explanation on why they were being so slow and never responded they just kept telling my to open the gate which it was. If it happens again I’m not buying anything from there again

I’ve purchased from ACNHKK a few times now (Materials and villagers) and every experience has been positive, quick and easy. They’re super responsive and always available.
