Customer service was extremely fast and helpful for an order that I made by mistake and needed to cancel. Would definitely do business with them again.

They waste your time by making you believe they have items in stock and unless you follow up with them after you place your order, you would never find out they lack inventory and that it would actually take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Don't bother ordering from them, a total waste of time.

Acme Tools is deserving of my highest rating for the following reasons: They offered me a first-timer price discount, along with free (and fast) shipping. They also kept me updated on my order status and shipping details. I would not hesitate to repeat business with them and I unreservedly recommend them as A+ on all levels. Thank You Acme Tools!

These people could care LESS about you or your order! You CANNOT depend on them to get you you order. All they want is you $$ & could care less if you EVER get what you paid for. I you use them be warned!

Shipping even faster than Home Depot. I am having no problems with Acmetools and will be ordering from them.

Canceled my order without notice after waiting a few weeks. I just happened to figure it out when I was going to buy more stuff from them. Checked status to see it was just zeroed out. I had placed a big machine purchase from them before and it was a shitshow as well.

They stock some things other retailers--including Amazon--just don't, and for that I am thankful.

Whatever garbage ecommerce software they bought doesn't actually integrate with their inventory in any meaningful way so they rarely actually know what they have at any given moment and they definitely don't restock anything on any regular cadence.

They'll ship some bigger ticket items for free, but they'll do it with FedEx "Home Delivery" which is a service that has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with FedEx aside from the fact that they use the same logo. FedEx Home Delivery will throw your package in a warehouse for weeks where you cannot pick it up even if you want to, they will scan it as "delivered" so they don't get in trouble even though it's never left their warehouse, and then, if you're lucky, they'll eventually have some random idiot in a Penske rental van throw your package somewhere in the vicinity of your house and drive away. Acme Tools customer service is of absolutely no help in these situations so I cannot recommend anyone order anything from them unless there are literally no other alternatives.

This store is awesome. I ordered a lawnmower and it was shipped immediately and it arrived in my house within 3 days. I am amazed by how they handle their orders. I would definitely recommend the website to others.

Terrible store, the customer service is very weak, the website works like an add sending you to products that are completely unrelated to the one you clicked and they “sell” tings that aren’t even in stock, don’t waste your time at this store. You can even tell that all of the 5 star reviews are fake, 1 star is too much for them.

no Stars is not an option. I ordered the DEWALT 20V MAX PEX Expander on May 15, 2020, It showed it was in-stock ships in 24 hours. after several days go by I email them to find out why it had not been mailed out yet they stated that they oversold the item and that it was coming from the manufacture. well again today 05 June 2020 I emailed them they tell me its on backorder and it could be July. I canceled my order with Acme tool and ordered it withe Amazon within 1 hour it was already shipped and will be here 10 June 2020. now that is how you get happy customers take note Acme tools. ps. and it was cheaper on Amazon!!!

These morons take you right up to the "place order" button before they reveal the true price; then when you try and retrieve your data, to delete, the page isn't available. Horrible security risk!

Ordered a Anvil from 2 other companies both took a month to get back in touch with me and I had to again make the contact.Dropped the orders and I tried Acme Tool, called on Tuesday morning and by 2pm on Thursday recieved my new Ridgid #9 anvil. The delivery was flawless driver even rolled into my garage down a 200 foot driveway. This package weighed about 180 pounds. The Anvil was in mint condition, Acme sold me and I am going to be a customer for a long while.

I ordered a product and received a non-functional item with pieces missing. I returned the item and have been waiting for the credit for well over the days they said it would take. Overall the process has felt like a scam. I am disappointed in the product and the customer service, and would never buy from them again.

Ordered adjustable floor spacers for a project I needed. When I placed the order I got a message that more were on the way and it would take 10-15 business days before they get it back. I immediately reached out to Acme to cancel the order since I needed them. They told me rest assured that message was meant for the next person that ordered that they had enough to fulfill my order. When I received my package there was only 1 package of floor spacers far less than what I ordered. Will never order from them again since they lie about inventory availability.

Twice, no item delivered. Please use caution here. I ordered a compressor and it never arrived. They said it was delivered, out $125. I ordered a table saw, never arrived. Go to your local home center and pay a little more. This site not recommended.

Great prices with average customer service. I think that sums in up in a nutshell. Don't expect a lot of tech support or anything else beyond the item you order. But that's how they keep prices down.

Bought an dewalt router...price dropped 2 weeks later...I called them up and the credited me the difference....Also the item was well packed with airbags and inside a cardboard box.

Ordered a mower 2 weeks ago, order status still says processing. I call customer service, which was not available on a Wednesday, and I was told they will call me the next business day. Very uncustomer friendly way to run a business.
