Our units are highly flexible units perfect for a wide variety of uses from office space to light industrial use. Our rental agreements are also highly flexible and based on a one-month commitment, no service charge and an inclusive license with no legal fees. The spaces vary in size from 275 to 774 sq ft and include amenities such as dedicated parking, shower facilities and CCTV. With a great mix of start-up, growing and established businesses, our top priority is that your needs are met quickly and efficiently by our team of friendly and supportive staff, including your dedicated site manager. We know that the essentials are, well essential - clean and tidy facilities, affordable rent and no hidden fees or maintenance costs - but we go much further than this. We are here to champion your business, create a community and do what we can to ensure that you go from strength to strength - even when that means you outgrow us and move on! We encourage a friendly, onsite community organising networking and charity events, including fancy dress for Cancer Research, coffee and cake mornings, and pizza Friday! I have been working with Toni Willoughby reference Space Business Centre, Quedgeley, we currently have had a smaller unit at this site for over 2 years and we have now expanded into a larger unit on this site.
This is a well kept facility and the cooperation and communication was excellent from the site manager Toni.

We've been with Space Business Centre
We've been with Space Business Centre, Gloucester for nearly a year and we're extremely happy with the service they continue to provide us.
We found the perfect unit for our business on a fantastic site and at an affordable price for our business. Before finding our unit we had visited many others around the Gloucester area and nothing came close to Space Business Centre on VALUE FOR MONEY.
We have a great relationship with our site manager Toni who is on hand at the site when required. Toni has been incredibly helpful and accommodation since our move in day and she continues to help us and our business where she can.
Definitely a full 5 stars for Toni and Space Business Centre from PROP Maintenance Solutions.
