Hard enough to get hold of to begin with as telephone cut out mid call on there need. Hanging up? Blames it on technical problem but seems to be ongoing months later. Had confirmation of last payment but month later the payments are still being taken. I await there response

Keep sending messages over the past 2 years calling me Cathy saying to contact them about my debt!? My names not Cathy and I dont have any debt? When I called and explained the lady on the phone asked me for my personal details, such as name, date of birth and address. I told her I am not willing to give my info as you think my names Cathy. She then asked if I had ever lived at another address which she mentioned. I said no. She said she would remove my number from the system. So hoping I dont get anymore messages.

The agent Kazi was a good listener, empathetic and did everything he could to help me, causing me less stress than I was already feeling. He Was understanding of my personal circumstances and managed to have me laughing by the end of the call and feeling less stressed about the debt I owed. I have been issued a default by perch (part of ACI) and I have no idea why- I have had no explanation. I don’t even know why I have this default- I don’t owe any money and ACI, it seems, don’t know anything. I am trying to get a mortgage and given the current climate, and ACI doing this, it has now been withdrawn. All I want is a proper explanation and for the default to be removed (I’m no expert here but I’m assuming I should have had a default letter- which I didn’t).Total laziness and inability.
So thank you ACI, I am now in an impossible situation and coupled with shoddy customer service and unknowledgeable staff, I have been exploited to a situation which it seems will never be resolved. You are messing with peoples livelihood- and I disgusted at the manor (and the lies) in which this has been dealt with.
Lastly, I have now had to set up a payment plan, on something that I know nothing about only because your staff want the account settled. I don’t see why I should have to pay for something that I know nothing about. Makes no sense to me. Employment details were all wrong, phone number hasn’t been in use in 2yrs, email address was correct, but I don’t have access to it anymore, as I closed it. Staff didn’t listen to a thing I was saying. She’s now sent an email confirming all payment plan info to an email address that I don’t have access to. What else am I supposed to do when staff don’t listen to me or what I’m saying.
