The videos are fine

The videos are fine. Kind of come off more like podcasts, but still informational. The labs were the main reason I went with ACI and have been pleased with them so far. The wide range of knowledge bases available is also very appealing.

Great experience and superb customer service

ACI Learning has a pleasant, intuitive environment for the content. It is very important to quickly find the course you need. They also have a lot of good tools to help you the way you want to study. If you don't have the possibility to watch a video, you can also listen to the video in the podcast mode. Also had contact with the customer support for a minor issue via the chat. The employee was friendly and came up with a solving solution.

You comptia a+ exams are out of date…

The comptia a+ exams are out of date and have not included the latest exams for the practice exams. The video content does not cover enough of the exam objectives and clearly skips over many areas.

I really like the videos and labs they…

I really like the videos and labs they do a great job of taking you through the whys and what’s! But if I had to critique, I wish there was some reading material and I wish the speakers in the videos didn’t assume you knew things sometimes but overall really good and I’m enjoying it!
