They're a cheap Chinese brand
They're a cheap Chinese brand. Their products seem to be ok. However, they're a fairly new company. Don't expect much customer support if you have an issue.

Zero after sales support
Beware, their hardware is low quality and in case it fails they won't honor any kind of warranty.

Mini PC died under 8 months; promised refund, never provided.
Update #2: Just like I thought...I emailed them as requested...no response at all. As you read the reviews below, please keep in mind they are lying when they respond to negative reviews as if they will help. They won't.
Edited to add: The seller says to contact them in their response, but I already have, with no response.
I will try again and update accordingly.
Original review: My child bought the ACEMAGICIAN [Gaming PC] Ryzen Mini PC with money he worked hard for and saved up. The PC died about 8 months in.
So, I left a review on the retailer's website. I was contacted by the seller and offered a full refund (with no conditions) in writing. I was happily surprised...at first... and accepted.
They asked me to contact their "finance department" at a strange gmail address. I was suspicious of this, however, figured I'd try it, but not give any finance information via gmail.
It did seem to lead to their customer service (not finance) department. Unfortunately, they were a disaster.
They gave me several hoops to jump through, including requesting video and pictures. They asked me to make repairs myself. I am A+ certified and have already completed all troubleshooting that I can without voiding the warranty. I suspect this was an attempt to trick me into voiding it.
I did as they asked, (except the items that would void the warranty). They then asked me to ship the PC to them in NY. As I live in Europe, I advised that this would be costly and asked for a shipping label which they REFUSED.
They then offered a $40 gift card which I cannot use from Europe, or a new PC which would cost them as much, if not more, to ship than simply providing a return label. I pointed this out and asked for the full refund already promised in writing.
They then offered a 50% refund. By now, jumping through all of their hoops and corresponding with them had cost me a significant time from work, which now means lost income in addition to the money wasted on this PC. Accordingly, I insisted on the full refund already promised in writing.
They then asked me to ship the PC to a German address, which I googled and appears to be some guy's house, connected with several different products, with complaints that people were scammed into shipping things there with no contact (and of course no refund) after.
Nevertheless, I looked up the shipping which would've cost over 50% of the price of the PC due to customs and fees. I asked them to provide a shipping label. They REFUSED again. They claimed they would refund the shipping after, but given what I found in a simple Google search, I wasn't about to pay $250 for a $350 "refund" that would probably never arrive. Of course, they wouldn't pay for shipping, they never intend to refund anything.
I advised them of this and received no further response.
I have still never received the refund promised in writing by the seller, or any partial refund, or anything whatsoever.
TLDR: The seller sells faulty products to children, makes financial promises they have no plans to keep, and wastes valuable time trying to scam you. BEWARE.

Acemagicians Never Sent Replacement PC
This refers back to my review of Acemagicians review of November 23. In short, I purchased a mini PC from them through Amazon. After a couple of months, I had serious problems. I worked with a good tech for about 2 weeks, and he finally said that I needed to return the PC and they would send me a new one. I received an email from them giving me the address in Brooklyn NY and it stated as soon as they received my PC, they would send me a new one. It cost me $20.00 to ship it to them. UPS has the receipt that it was returned to them, but they constantly lied about receiving it. I contacted Amazon and was told that since I sent it to Acemagicians they could not do anything for me and that I should have returned it to Amazon, even though their website says 30-day returns max. I contacted UPS, I insured the return computer. UPS said they have proof that they delivered it so I was beat, no insurance claim. So I tried a review with Trust Pilot, and it was finally a relief to deal with a legitimate company. After I placed my review, I was contacted by Acemagicians with an apology and a promise of a full refund to my Amazon account. Even if they sent it by the old Pony Express I should have received it by now. Trust Pilot then removed my review because of the promise of a full refund. I don't ever expect any relief from Acemagicians. They are a complete rip-off b but maybe I can keep other people from getting ripped off, Acemagicians is selling c computers on Amazon. Their name fits them, they Magically make your money disappear. They also have other companies, Acemagic is one that I was told about by the tech that I was working with. Beware

Windows setup process suspicious, pre-installed malware/spyware found
Windows 11 setup process doesn't prompt for Microsoft account. There are suspicious and questionable pre-installed malware/spyware in C:\Recovery\OEM\OSVer\EDIDEV.exe and others under C:\Windows. I had to wipe all and rebuild OS.

Purchased an ACEMAGICIAN Nipogi CK10 from '3_pin_plug' on Ebay. It failed after 8mnths, no booting and despite many attempts could not be recovered. By this time I deduced that the 512GB SSD had failed. Attempts to invoke the warranty, through the seller, Ebay even PAYPAl. Although all I require is a REPAIR UNDER THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. I shall continue try to find a way to have the Warranty honoured.

We opted for the Intel 11th Gen Celeron…
We opted for the Intel 11th Gen Celeron N5105 with 8GB DDR4 and a 256GB m.2, equipped with Windows 11 for my wife's Zoom needs. Our goal was to maintain a budget-friendly approach, considering she has access to other fully-powered PCs. This specific purchase was intended for a quiet room, providing a reprieve from the daily chaos.
Initially, we explored refurbished options but found many with older generations of Intel processors and, often, confined to Dell-inspired small form factor cases associated with cramped spaces and outdated hardware. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this gem during a Lightning Deal with only half an hour remaining.
After a brief research check, our only concerns revolved around long-term thermals and the credibility of the seller's specifications. Both concerns were alleviated, and the subsequent performance has been impressive.
The system handles Zoom efficiently and fulfills all typical Windows computer functions, albeit without a dedicated GPU. It's suitable for email, YouTube, photo viewing, storing and playing home movies (consider adding a 2.5 SSD for extra storage), web-based gaming, teleconferencing, and productivity tasks. The device operates quietly, maintaining power efficiency. While it may not be suitable for graphics-intensive tasks like Fortnite at high settings, it can handle them at minimum settings.
Additionally, it accommodates Windows-compatible USB devices seamlessly, demonstrated by the trouble-free connection of a Logitech webcam and wireless headset. If your needs align with these use cases and you aren't asking for high-end gaming capabilities, this purchase is likely to be very satisfying.
This mini-PC boasts impressive power
This mini-PC boasts impressive power, handling various regular workstation tasks seamlessly, including running Libre, managing multiple tabs on different browsers, music, and photo editing. It also surprisingly performs well with older games, although its main limitation lies in the absence of a dedicated graphics card, making it less suitable for newer games at higher settings.
A notable feature is the inclusion of 2 HDMI ports, simplifying dual monitor setups without the need for additional cables. This is a significant advantage compared to other mini-PCs that often come with just 1 HDMI or a DP port. With all 4 USB ports being 3.0, there's no confusion between 2.0 and 3.0 when the PC is mounted behind the computer setup. Additionally, the inclusion of a VGA port provides a retro option, although it hasn't been tested.
My son initially had a computer set up…
My son initially had a computer set up for homework, and we gradually integrated gaming with titles like Grounded, Roblox, Gary’s Mod, etc. from Steam and an Xbox account. The old computer took an eternity to download anything, and opening Steam, let alone playing games, was plagued with lag, loading issues, and buffering. Reluctant to spend a fortune on a gaming computer, especially with gaming consoles already in the picture, I hesitated.
However, buying this mini gaming computer turned out to be the best decision. Not only is it much more affordable than other gaming computers on the market, but it also performs exceptionally well with all my son's games. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of setup, the minimal space it occupies, and how such a compact device can deliver such impressive performance. 👏🏼

Chaotic key board and dire customer service.
I purchased an AX15 from this company through Amazon. After setting the laptop up, including downloading an antivirus, I went to send my first email to find that the @ key was not where indicated. Also the "£, # " keys were also incorrectly placed.
I've contacted Acemagic and Acemagicians 3 times with regards to the problem but my emails have been met with a blank response. It would seem their dire build quality is equalled only by their appalling customer service!
