Ordered Black Ace 1, delivered quickly, good quality, looks amazing, cheap price. Would defo recommend and buy again.
Only downside was packaging, came in a plastic cello bag. Would’ve been nice if it came with a glasses case and lens cloth

At 1st i was sceptical due to some off reviews however they were complete lies. The glasses were very high quality and the design of the box and way to assemble it was spectacular. I received it 5 days early and had amazing customer service. Also very drippy

I really thought this was a good company I saw his TikTok and I bought to glasses and I haven’t received them my tracking number says phase 7 and he doesn’t reply on my mails 😑
Update : today is seven business days since I have all the classes and I haven’t received them yet

I purchased Exclusive Black Ace on Sunday 5 December. In hopes of getting it by Friday. But I didn't receive.

I made another purchase of 2 glasses on Buy 1 get 1 free on Wednesday 8 December with Premium Next Working Day delivery in hopes I would get these on Friday as well.

It turned out that he printed the postage label on Thursday 9 December, which I was not happy thinking I would get my glasses by Next Day (Saturday), But NO!

He posted it on Friday 10 December in which I received a message from Hermes saying we have collected your parcel.

It was picked up by Hermes on Friday and they have only given One Update, which was of it being Sorted at Sender's local depot on Saturday 11 December at 7pm.

It is Currently Wednesday and there has not been any Progress or Reply from Ace Frame UK or Hermes regarding the Whereabouts of my Parcel/Glasses.

I was looking forward to helping out a Small Business, but seeing as they posted it late and not receiving it on time and having absolutely disgraceful customer service, I will never purchase again and I will not recommend to anyone at all.

Update:
Thursday 16 December.
I only received 2 of my 3 Glasses that I ordered Today through the Post and One of them was the Wrong One.

The 3 Glasses I ordered were:
Exclusive Black Ace (x1) - Not Received
Navy Blue Ace II Edition (x1) - Received
Silver Gold Ace II (x1) - Wrong Item Sent. (I received Black and Grey Ace II Exclusives)

Update 2:
I Called and Told Ace Frames, what happened and they said they will Send out the Correct Glasses and the Undelivered Glasses and asked me to return the Wrong One.

Update 3:
Thursday 23 December. I have tried calling but he blocked my number and I returned the Wrong Glasses he sent and they are at his local depot in Manchester.

He hasn't sent my 2 Sunglasses and has not responded to Emails or Social Media. He hasn't given a tracking number to tell me if he sent the Glasses.

His information is on His Facebook Page and His name is on Companies House.

This Company is a Scam and he uses InPost/ Hermes to deliver your Parcel, even if you selected next day delivery for an extra £5.

Quality is perfect colour is perfect overall the brand is amazing i would recommend to anyone who wants to buy them, they arent cheap materials and its all worth every single penny

The frames came on time and the quality is pretty high. Also the new designs are outstanding as it’s got the logo at the Side of the frames

Highly recommend glasses package came quick and they do a lot of discounts

I got the pink ones me and my boy bought a pair there quality would 100% recommend getting a pair.
