Terrible customer service, portal makes no sense, Non intuitive. Never call back, never email, no help what so ever. If there system worked as i would be fine with the terrible customer service but no the system is just as bad.

We're not fully set up with Acefone just yet, but I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by Saurav. Wow! I can't believe he knows what he does.
I've only talked to him once before, so this wasn't a paid testimonial and he is not a personal friend or family.

This company is a rip off we were changing company as acefone were unreliable we paid all our invoices up to date so paid up til end of the month they then further took out more money from our bank account and then closed our account causing us to lose money and customers do not recommend at all they are total scammers
