Quick, Quality, and Easy to work with!

We got a pop up table and ordered ahead of time and now have it almost a month before we needed it. We are grateful for the quick service and how everything looks. During the process everyone was incredibly easy to reach via phone or email with responses in less than a day.

We had an issue with the delivery of our hardware and when i reached out with photos we got a response and everything taken care of quickly.

Very great service and products!

I ordered a Tru-Fit Display to use as a photo backdrop for my son's birthday party and had a wonderful experience. Ace Displays helped with the design, communicated clearly, and their turn around time was phenomenal.

Everyone at the party commented on how beautiful the display was. I could not be happier with my purchase.

If you have a problem with your delivered product, this company will NOT assist you in resolving the matter. They will give you the run around, not respond, etc. And when they do finally respond, they will NOT fix the matter. They are very difficult to work with. They will not work to resolve the matter at all. Don’t buy from them. Buy from a company that provides good customer service with speedy resolve to repair and fix the issues that arise from your orders. This company WILL NOT do so. I lost money ordering from them - and they could care less.

great customer service and high quality prints

It was excellent service,however my electrical outlet for my lights never came to me. It was not in the light case. Could someone please send it to me.

It's very unfortunate that the Coronavirus has affected the world. Guess we all depend too much on China to manufacture everything. As for getting my answers from Ace (your 100%.) You can't sell me what you don't have and Rafael is the best. He answered all my questions and I trust he'll keep me up to date as to when he get the 36" L-Stands in.

The banner is perfect. Every panel matched seamlessly together and setup is easy and convenient. Processing the order and shipping was faster than expected. The only small improvement I would recommend is options to purchase replacement pieces individually - the banner case, frame, etc.
