I used this company for my book and had one of the worst experiences of my life. Even though when I talked to the salesperson, i expressed my desires but when I got a project manager, they couldn't do what the salesman asked. They just kept asking for more money to do things that were already promised. I was blamed for all the problems, and they use AI as if they don't even have brains. DO NOT USE THEM.
