Good Service, Very easy to use.
Bought the warranty in April of 2023, and my Toyota 4runner never thought I would need to use it, until one morning my car wouldnt start, I had to tow it to the shop, and they said I had a bad starter, and wanted $596.00 for the replacement, I called my Agent Michael at ACE Auto Protect and he told me to have them upload the estimate onto their website, which they did and within an hour the claim was approved. I went later that day to the shop to pick up the truck and everything was good to go, great service and easy to use. A+ for Michael and the Ace Team
great informative sales presentation without slandering the competition only emphasizing the good point of their company, contract and coverage perks. Michael Rose is a very competent represenative
great informative sales presentation without slandering the competition only emphasizing the good point of their company, contract and coverage perks. Michael Rose is a very competent represenative with strong professional skills that did not come accross as pushy! he even provided several web sites that had industry ratings confirming Ace Warranty as number1. I feel great about my decision based on M ichaels presentation, yimely answers and product offerings, straight up sales professional I strongly endorse ace warranty and Michael Rose!
Great to have Roses!
I have not had to use your services yet; but if it is as good as the customer service i will not only recommend but be an advocate for the company!!!
This company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
This company is a scam. They should not be able to be in business. They do not return calls and do not honor their own contractual agreements. I have attempted to get a refund on a policy within 30 days (I made no claims) and followed their return policy, on ly to be lied to for months that check was in the mail. I am starting a court proceeding in California to get my funds returned. Request began May 2024 it is now March 2025.

Total false
Ace was sold on false claims. They refuse to cover repairs. They sold on policy claiming a 30 day or 1000 mile waiting period. After 60 days and over 4000 miles informed me I was under my 90 probation period that was never mentioned at time of claiming. I had work done, they said it would only cover $200 of cost. Submitted invoice. They replied is was far less than Submitted and repair shop needs to submit misdiagnosed. They refuse to pay $200 .

I cancelled my warranty and they won’t acknowledge the refund owed
I cancelled my warranty, sent them the documents they requested and have followed up twice since I have heard nothing from them they keep saying they will look into it. I have given them till 2/17/25 to resolve this issue before my lawyer gets involved. Having gone back and researched them with the BBB, they have very negative reviews. Some say they are scammers. Looks like this will have to be resolved in the courts costing the more than the $1285 refund I am owed. Stay tuned. Buyer beware. 2/12 is last time I contacted them, previously contacted them twice before.
Interesting they say they have no record of my contract yet when I talked to them on 2/19/25 they said the process was started on 2/10/25. VSP 5198225

All this makes me believe they are a scam company. I still have not received my refund.

they denied all claims then when you…
they denied all claims then when you try to cancel your contract they place you on hold indefinitely. DO NOT USE THEM. SCAM
To add to this: the dealership tried to reach out to them on MULTIPLE occasions and he was placed on hold for over an hour many times and then it would just hang up. He expressed his frustrations with me and said this is the first company to ever put him through this kind of mess. Ace Auto kept telling the service advisor that they didn’t receive any documents the dealer submitted. I was relayed this information by the service advisor and called ace auto for myself, finally got through to someone extremely incompetent, but surprise, surprise- they had all the records that were submitted (all of a sudden). Then when it was time to get pay up… on a $24.5 bill, they offered to pay a hair over $700… you read that right. I have the “platinum coverage” too which covers just about everything minus wear items. I told them I’m aware the tires and battery won’t be covered.
They denied coverage for my leaking timing cover and valve covers, they denied coverage for my cv axle, they denied coverage for my coolant leak at the back of the engine, they denied coverage for my hood shocks, and I the one item they would (partially) cover was the windshield wiper motor… labor and part came out to 3.5 hours and $7xx but they would only pay a little over $700 which wouldn’t even cover the part. I have ALL documentation needed to prove it to you. I haven’t been able to use any of my coverage, I was forced to pay the dealers diagnostic fee ($570) and pick up my car without any repairs performed. I am currently building a lawsuit against this company and I will do whatever I can to put them out of business for their malicious actions. This is literally a scam and I wouldn’t give them a cent.
When you call to sign up, they couldn’t answer the phone quick enough. When you need anything once your signed up, good luck getting through. Try it for yourself: call and press the button that says you’re an existing customer and want to file a claim. A girl that can’t pronounce words correctly will answer every time and anytime you want to speak to someone higher up, “they are in a meeting and they will call you back” (they never call back)
Save your money. Don’t buy get scammed.
Edit 2: in response to your inaccurate replay, here is an email DIRECTLY FROM THR SERVICE ADVISOR FROM THE DEALERSHIP. Good morning,
To whom it may concern, our guest Mr. Rahimi brought his vehicle in for diagnostic/repairs on 12-19-2024 ( windshield wiper not operating properly ) after diagnostic my initial attempt to contact the extended warranty was not successful, after finally getting a hold of someone I was sent a link to upload any information in regards to the repair, I upload pictures and repair estimates and all the requested documents , did not hear back from the extended warranty company for few days, called the warranty company and I was informed that they have not received anything at all , I was told I'll get an email again and upload the information again, Finally after several attempts and not getting anywhere with the EXT warranty I contacted Mr. Rahimi and advised him I'm not able to get any response from the warranty company, He was nice enough to call himself and try to speak to the warranty, I deal with lots of Warranty companies on daily basis and definitely did not get treated properly ( seems like they try to do anything possible to not deal with claims ) , if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call me 562-613-0959 EXT 2042 Or Email me (email blocked out), have a good day.
You guys are liars and full of it. Another company, “Elite Auto Protect” comes from the exact suite you operate out of with the reviews telling the exact same story as mine. Stop LYING!

Total SCAM!
I am a Platinum Elite policy holder and had an approved claim for a $601.70 water pump repair for over 4 months that never got paid! This company is a total JOKE! they lied multiple times and said they sent checks when they didnt. I have spent hours on hold waiting to talk to someone only to be sent to a answering machine saying that they were in a meeting. I spoke to Mike, Marcus, Danielle, Angelica and Catherine and none of them were able to help me. I was promised that someone would call me back and they NEVER did. You can not trust this company at all!

I canceled my contract in March of 2024 and I still haven't received my money. They keep lying, saying that it was sent out, but I haven't received anything. Strange how I receive all of my mail but that one. They keep lying. Now they say my money is being investigating it. Investigate what????? All they have to do is send me my damn money. I don't want to give them any stars. Because they don't deserve any.
Ace Auto Protect failed to pay the auto repair.
Ace Auto Protect failed to pay the auto repair shop for an approved covered repair. And when called and inquired about the missing payment they canceled the warranty with no refund in sight. This appears to be a fly by night warranty company. They based the amount of a part on how much it can be purchased on Amazon without any regard for the legitimacy of the part or the company selling the part. They have no customer service and only three people that run the business. Totally unprofessional.
Please run and dont even do business…
Please run and dont even do business with this company. They will take your money. No proper coverage, and they will give you the run around. Please just run and find someone else.
I purchased a motorcycle policy from…
I purchased a motorcycle policy from Ace Auto protect which didn't cover a motorcycle. It covered a Honda car. I canceled the policy in July. They got the paperwork which I sent back in August. At first they told me it was a 60-day wait to get your money back. I waited 60 days and called no money. And then they told me it was a 60-day business days. Wait. So in November I called and I still didn't get any money. Well here it is. December 13th, I've been told twice the check has been mailed. It has not arrived. I believe Ace Auto protect is a scam and you should be aware of doing business with them. I am going to report them to the Florida attorney general's office.
Don't waste your time or money
I purchased what was described as essentially a "bumper-to-bumper" warranty for my 2021 Cadillac Escalade. Just a few thousand miles outside of the factory warranty, a headlamp module went bad so I took it to the dealership, assuming that it was a covered electrical component (like almost ALL other extended warranties cover as it typically qualifies as being part of the electrical system). However, after Ace denied coverage and refused to cover the $1000.00+ repair, I contacted the agent who sold me the plan who referred me to the customer service department. Customer service told me it was not covered, but because this was my first claim, he would see what could be done and call me back that same day. When asked why it was not covered even though it is generally considered an electrical component, I was told something to the effect of "its listed in your contract as not being covered"). Two days later, after never hearing back from Ace Auto Protect, the dealership contacted me and told me I needed to pay out of pocket.
I am very disappointed not only with the lack of coverage of what was pitched as essentially a "bumper-to-bumper" extended warranty designed to alleviate the stress of costly repairs, but also the customer service department never reaching back out to me after specifically saying "by the end of the day."
Long story short, now I am about to pay for a repair that costs almost half of what I paid for my extended warranty through Ace Auto Protect. I won't be referring Ace Auto Protect to anyone. Don't waste your time or money.
Beware of Predatory Practices and Unjust Claims Denials
I am appalled by the handling of my elderly mother's extended warranty claim by Ace Auto Protect. She purchased the warranty for $950 in good faith, expecting the promised protection. When she needed it most, her $4,887.54 claim was denied under a flimsy excuse about “black” transmission fluid, which the company claimed was evidence of improper maintenance.
After consulting with Jack at Leon’s Transmissions and conducting research, it’s clear that burnt or blackened transmission fluid is often a symptom of a failing transmission—not evidence of neglect. Transmission fluid can become black due to overheating, internal failure, or contamination, all of which fall under the scope of a covered mechanical breakdown. This denial feels like a predatory tactic, unfairly shifting blame to the customer to avoid paying for repairs.
Adding insult to injury, we’ve reached out 9-10 times via phone, email, and even physical mail since the denial, and no one from Ace Auto Protect has bothered to respond. The complete lack of communication shows a stunning level of disregard for their customers.
This experience has made it clear that Ace Auto Protect not only refuses to honor their agreements but also fails to provide even basic customer service. If you're considering this company, save yourself the frustration and avoid them—they’ll take your money and leave you hanging when you need them most.
Do not trust Ace Auto Protect. Their practices are exploitative, and their customer support is nonexistent.

Frustrating Experience with Ace Auto Protect
I purchased a policy from Ace Auto Protect on July 8, and by August 8, when I needed to use it for my vehicle repair, my claim was unexpectedly denied. I reached out to their customer service to request a refund for my deposit of $500, along with the $80 I paid for the first month. Although they initially agreed to the refund, they required me to provide a copy of my odometer reading with the current mileage, as well as a notarized letter signed and dated.
After I complied and sent the necessary documentation, I was informed that I would receive my refund within 60 days. However, it has now been over 60 days, and I still have not received my money back. The lack of communication and transparency from this company has been incredibly frustrating. I feel this company is operating fraudulently, and they need to not only issue my refund but also compensate me for the time and stress this situation has caused.
I strongly advise against doing business with Ace Auto Protect. Save yourself the trouble!

RUN AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY !
ACE collects the expensive premium (paid them $730), but they don't honor the contract when you have a legitimate claim from a dealership. They calculate the parts and labor costs of repairs to conveniently equals to your out of pocket $100 deductible so they avoid paying a penny to get your vehicle repaired. They make you wait for hours on the phone to get a hold of a support agent, and the dealership experienced the same when trying to open a claim. They waited for 10 days to give any sort of response to the dealer. 1. Unreasonably Low Labor Rate
ACE claims that their approval of 0.5 hours at $125/hour for labor is consistent with market rates. However, research shows the average labor rate in Phoenix, AZ, ranges from $125 to $140 per hour, with some specialized repairs exceeding $150/hour
. Furthermore, 0.5 hours of labor grossly underestimates the time required to diagnose and replace a crankshaft sensor, as verified by Chapman Ford’s detailed estimate of 1.5 hours of labor at the dealership’s standard rate.
This practice undercuts the actual cost of necessary repairs, effectively leaving consumers with the financial burden despite having paid for comprehensive warranty coverage.
2. Partial Repairs Are Inadequate
Replacing only the crankshaft sensor will not address the root cause of the problem or restore my car to full operational condition. Chapman Ford’s professional assessment includes necessary diagnostics and related repairs, which ACE has ignored. This approach risks further damage to the vehicle, violating the purpose of the warranty to provide complete and effective repairs.
3. Coverage Should Align with Authorized Dealer Recommendations
The whole premise of purchasing a Platinum Elite plan is to ensure that repairs recommended by the vehicle’s authorized dealer (Chapman Ford, in this case) are covered. ACE's refusal to align with Chapman Ford’s assessment undermines the core benefit of the warranty. Their approval of partial repairs using an alternate cost calculation is not consistent with the plan's advertised purpose or industry standards.
4. Compliance with ACE’s Instructions at Personal Expense
ACE advised me to tow my vehicle to an authorized repair shop to prevent further damage. Despite the vehicle being drivable, I incurred the towing expense to follow ACE's guidelines. This demonstrates my good faith compliance with their process, only for them to unreasonably deny coverage for the full cost of necessary repairs.
5. Deceptive Practices and Potential Breach of Consumer Protection Laws
ACE’s conduct appears designed to limit payouts while collecting high premiums, effectively providing little to no value.
