Amazing experience
I went to the coal drops yard store and the staff was lovely. Everyone was very thoughtfull, patient and gave a lot of advices. I will come back for sure!

Outstanding service from the Oxford…
Outstanding service from the Oxford store - again! Went to get old glasses tightened a little, spotted a pair of glasses I liked, got a same day eye test where Zara the optomitrest did a great job, ordered my glasses and all's good to go. The front of house team could not have been lovelier and the senior colleague was really patient and kind as he explained what to do for his less experienced colleagues.

Good looking frames very good service
Update: service is impecable and staff very friendly. They will change my lenses after the 30 days period and fit my glasses when back in London
I originally gave 3 stars because of dissapointment. However, I changed my rating to 5 stars for them going above and beyond. I really do hope they will be a good fit after my next trip to London :)

Got the Dylan large fit, very beautiful frames. I regret buying the prescription lenses as I cannot see through them. I believe is the focal distance that is wrong as if I look through just one eye I can read. I am glad I didn't buy the multi focal ones as they charge 400£ for them (or with the frames, however a lot). I need to reglaze them and getting the multifocal here will cost less. Nevertheless I have lost around 40£ as I am not from London and I don't know how to return just the lenses (I am still in my 30 days since receiving them but the frames are nice) I have to go around now and see if I can get some similar frames to return them or just keep them and reglaze.

The customer service from the moment you walk in to walking out was amazing.They assist you and are there to explain if needed. Hemely was very helpful in choosing frames as I had no idea what suited me best.

Slow delivery and glasses are faulty.
The delivery was very slow and I only got updated by customer services when I chased for an ETA in the product. If I wanted an update I had to chase them which was pretty frustrating.
When they arrived the lenses are hanging of out the frame and not fit for use. Pretty shocked at the poor quality and wait time.
I have a pair of glasses that I need and like however I don't live near a store and don't want to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement.

Why is my order taking nearly 3 weeks?
Had a great experience in store, however why are my glasses taking nearly 3 weeks to arrive?
This is nuts, I know in the past my glasses have arrived within days so what has changed?
I even threw away my old glasses and am really struggling working or reading!
I have called the store and checked everyday online, there is no polite excuses nor any communication as to what the delay is?
Hurry up please - ordered 18 Oct & still not arrived 30/10!

I ordered a glass three weeks ago and…
I ordered a glass three weeks ago and in the first week the status became final touches and since then it stuck there. I contacted customer support and they responded they don't have any idea what happened to my order. I went to the store and they said the same. When I asked for refund, they said we can't do it unless we have the glass in the store. So seems like I'll never receive my order or money and I lost 200 euros

I visited to get some new frames after trying what felt like every pair of glasses in the usual high street stores.
Alina was absolute fantastic and I was sorted with 2 pairs within about 15 minutes. They were made up within half an hour. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The best and most complete eye test I have ever had (and free!). The staff in the Leeds shop (Alina) are very friendly and experienced, providing customised stetic advice without any pressure to buy any of the glasses from there! Strongly recommend!

Really, really great staff
Every single member of staff at the Northcote Road (London) branch were extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I had a problem with the lenses in my first set of glasses, but the very friendly optician (I think her name was Sarah) gave me a thorough eye examination and assured the new prescription should sort things out - it did.
Overall can't fault the service in any way... perfect from start to finish, would recommend.
