I have used your service for many years…
I have used your service for many years with success. Although this is probably a state requirement, I am a commercial broker who NEVER does a residential deal, but still must grind through a course that is mostly related to residential deals. I was particularly annoyed at the quiz that required memory of every individual lawsuit identified in the training rather than the priciples involved. I scored 100% on every quiz, except that one which took 5 rounds of guessing to get over 75%. Otherwise, Great Program.
