it took me 2hrs to sign into my account…

it took me 2hrs to sign into my account so that i could settle my bill on line it just kept telling me my password had elapsed even though i had just changed it to place the order then when i tried to change password it wouldnt accept any of them i wiil be thinking twice before i use this forum again plus a phone number was not available
