The taxi never showed up even if booked in advance!!! Is not the way to treat the clients. I risked to loose the flight for this bad service!!!! I would put ZERO stars if possible

Absolutely fuming told ten minutes never turned up then told be 7 minutes never turned up driver calls to say his outside wasn't even close to my address if you cant provide service don't lie to the customer

I just want to say a big thank you to Ayub from Ace Cars. As a young woman travelling home alone after a night out, he made me feel completely safe and comfortable. He chatted with me the whole way, made sure I got through my front door before driving off, and showed genuine care the entire time. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed, Ayub — it’s truly appreciated.

It was nice Ace cabs sent me a message on my phone when the cab was coming and when it arrived, also make of car. I would like to recommend Mr Osman my driver, he was very polite, clean car and made me feel very much at ease.

As soon as they have your money, they completely lose interest in helping you. I spent £8,000 on a car, only for it to develop a fault within three months. When I called to report the issue, I was told that the maintenance team would contact me. A week went by with no response, despite me chasing them every single day. My calls and texts were blatantly ignored.

Their after-sales service is nonexistent, and they clearly have no regard for their customers once the sale is complete. Be extremely cautious if you’re considering buying from them.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. Don’t know if it is new management or staff but having been a loyal customer for many years and disabled, they just change the time of your cabs, without notifying you me just leave you out in the cold. They are a total disgrace. Will never use them again.

If I could give no stars I would, absolute rip off, make sure you agree a price over the phone. I have done some research and cabs are from £2.40 to £3 per mile so was expecting to maybe pay a max of £20 for my 6 mile journey but it was £28 high wsy robbery lesson learnt not every one is as honest and fair as you may expect. Waited an hour for the cab when they said 20 minutes with no apology from the driver, who wasn't exactly Mr personality, the car was a rough ride too. Won't use this shower again.

We booked in the morning for 2 cabs for 10 people into town and 12 people returning 2 hours later. Family outing for my daughters 18th. Only one cab arrived. 15 mins Late. The other car didn’t arrive. And we were told, when we chased the second (non existent) car, they could not do the return trip. They said they tried to call us. We had no missed calls. Appalling service.

We used Ace cars on a couple of evenings out and they were very good, one evening the car was a little late and the driver called to reassure us he would be with us in 3 minutes.
The morning we were going home we received a last minute message to say that our train from Windermere had been cancelled so we had to call and ask for a cab to Oxenholme, came on time and was a lovely man, would use them regularly if local

Had an AMAZING experience with CAB 16!!! Made it very comfortable as let us choose our own songs and put us at ease, was very reasonable priced and was an all round wonderful experience, from this travel will definitely use again and recommend to a friend! Thank you cab 16!

Absolutely shocking charged us a fortune for a 1.5 mile trip.

i have lived next to one of the long-time drivers at Ace Cars for many years and he is an absolute nightmare. Rude, threatening, keeps his bin in the road to stop anyone else parking in the spot outside his house despite not having his curb lowered, harasses people in the neighbourhood if they park in his spot etc. Cant comment on the taxi service itself, but this alone would prevent me from using Ace Cars.

The couple before us paid £12 for a 3 mile ride and then charged us £15 for the same trip and did something to the meter so it went up to £18 but did us a favourand only charged £15. What a bunch of jokers

We booked Ace cars for an airport transfer and requested child seats. On the way out one of the straps on the child seat was broken and on the way back they provided one that fixes to a specific car so could not be belted in and it was also a booster for a much older child rather than a child seat. We ended up using nothing as it was so unsafe, which in itself isn’t safe. On the way out the car was also very smokey. On the way back the guy continually ignored sat nav to go a route that took so much longer but was shorter-presumably to save fuel. That said they were on time and polite.

U need to make sure all foreign drivers have standard English because of the terrible service they need to be able to understand what I’m saying and me them

Had a great journey home driver 43 was very polite and he even helped with my luggage.
