Order never received and never replied to my emails.

So in spite of the terrible reviews, I went ahead and gave it a go and ordered because my daughter was desperate for the Taylor Swift Halloween collection tshirts. I paid with PayPal, to cover my back in case there were issues. However, I'm glad to say I had no issues at all. I placed my order, received email confirmation and able to track the order through the Shop app (purple icon, white font). Ordered on Wednesday 25th September and arrived Wednesday 2nd October via Royal Mail tracked. The tshirts were exactly as advertised on their website and as seen on Facebook. I ordered medium tshirts and they're generous in size, which my daughter will be chuffed to bits with.

Ordered from here and received part of my order only. After making multiple polite enquiry attempts I had no reply and began the dispute process with my bank.

I commented on their Facebook page to warn others not to shop here and have now been blocked by them. Nice to see they can block me but can’t reply to the multiple direct messages I sent to them.

This company is clearly a scam and I would be very wary of the positive reviews. I also ordered the ‘alot going on at the moment’ t shirt and it is absolutely awful quality and sizing which I was also asking to return but can’t as no reply to my enquiries.

Other people are also saying they’ve been blocked on Facebook when trying to advise others, so AC Designs Ltd clearly have something to hide and don’t care about customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I made an order at the end of June that was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. Almost a month passed and I had no news so I contacted them by email.
At first they seemed to be helpful, they confirmed my address and promised to check with the post office. I followed up after a few weeks to ask for a refund and they stopped responding.

I'm surprised this company is allowed to trade.ordered 3 items but wrong items sent but want me to return till I get my original items.over 60pound they have stolen from me and intend to take it further.its a shame I didn't read reviews before ordering as it seems to be a regular occurrence which is illegal and so many unhappy customers can't be wrong! Appalling

Bought 2-3 times with no issues off this company now I’ve put a slightly bigger order in they seem to struggle with it. They gave no communication until I got in contact and made up the usual excuses and passed the buck to the supplier very very poor customer service. They then won’t answer a follow up email of when I will actually get my order very disappointed and won’t be back

Order never arrived. 8 e-mails to the e-mail address listed on the order confirmation and 3 contact us forms on their website all went unanswered. Sent a message to their Facebook page and got a reply asking for more information. Sent the information by Facebook Messenger and surprise, surprise, no reply again and now ignoring messages. Always try and support small, independent businesses where possible but my advise is avoid this one!

Do not use this company!

They sent me the wrong colour tshirts and now are refusing to send the correct ones.

They have been ignoring my emails and messages. Their communication is shocking. I've left bad reviews on every social media due to their no communication and sending the wrong order.

Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered 4 tshirts for my family however when they arrived they didnt fit. I checked the returns process on the website which said I needed an authorisation code. I emailed them 4 or 5 times requesting this with no response. I then sent the tshirts back with all the details signed for delivery. It was signed for on the 24th June 24, it is now 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for refund. I have contacted several times several ways and no response. Shocking communication and essentially scamming people out of money. DO NOT USE!!!

Sent the complete wrong tee shirt to what I ordered and have ignored my communication asking for a refund

AVOID! My order took ages to come with no communication from the company until I asked for a refund. When I finally received what I ordered it was nothing like the picture. Nothing on the jumper was embroidered it was just iron on transfers and wasn’t even what I asked for!! Not happy at all

I can't understand why there is so many bad reviews for this company, this is the 2nd time I have ordered from them & both times good experiences.

I wanted to write a review as I ordered a sweatshirt from Facebook and I started to get worried as the delivery took longer than expected. I then looked at the reviews and saw some negative and thought “oh no” but I have received my sweatshirt today. Great quality, for a great price. The delivery took longer than the 4-6 days but apart from that I’m really pleased. I got an email when it was dispatched with a tracking number. I have already recommended this to my friend but told her to order in advance as delivery is a bit slower. I speak as I find and I have found this site to be very satisfactory.

So it's a nice hoodie, and the printing is good, however I paid express delivery and it was done standard, company do not reply to emails or messages. From what I've seen it's very hit and miss whether you receive the item or not

Theres so many bad reviews for this company that I thought it right to share my experience - as seeing all these made me worry I’d fallen for a scam!! (I didn’t check here before ordering, only saw them after and got worried!)
I ordered Father’s Day items and they arrived within a week - fully trackable by Royal Mail.
No issues at all - items arrived as described/ correct sizing etc.

I bought some Taylor Swift themed merch for my daughters and it arrived very quickly. One t shirt though had a mark and an mis stitched seam and after reading reviews on here I was worried but I didn’t need to be. I sent them an email with pictures and they sent a replacement immediately so I can only recommend them based on my experience

AVOID THIS COMPANY. These are massive con artist. I ordered an item for my wedding months ago and nothing. I have tried contacting them several times. No phone number to ring them on. I wish i read these reviews first. Massive scammers and i feel like a fool for using them. Really wanted this item for my wedding too. I am devasted.

Scam outfit they took my money for an order back on 27/02/2024 not only did they not send any goods they also wouldn't refund my money and then proceeded to block me on their Facebook page when I posted a warning on it for others.
Reported to trading standards.
Avoid at all costs.

Name spelt incorrectly on a personalised gift and AC Designs said they would re-send item. Still waiting. I have sent several emails, all of which have been ignored. I have had NO communication from them at all. I have a gift that can't be used and no refund.
Buy from AC Design at your own risk. I will never buy from them again.

I bought a customised Christmas sweater in November of 2023
Not only did it NOT arrive but when I contacted asking when it would arrive and then later asking for a refund I never heard anything back
AND when I attempted to dispute the charge with my bank I was unable to.
