Accuselect Reviews 

My experience with Accuselect is quite disappointing. The proposal and installation phase was still fine, although at time slow and mistakes in details. But first the projected savings have not been met by a big margin. Second my fallback setup (noodstroom) does not work as promised, and correspondence on this, let alone the suggestion of a solution, both with Accuselect and their installer is extremely slow. Third the battery producer (GivEnergy) is appearing to go bankrupt, and proactive communication on the implications of this on how my battery operates has been completely missing and was only given a first time after I prompted them. All of these points do not feel very professional and make me feel that selling more batteries is what they aim for, not the proper functioning as promised of their installed base

Some 8 months ago I purchased, through Accuselect in The Netherlands, a GivEnergy 20 kWh battery pack plus a 3-phase hybrid inverter. The system itself worked fine from day one but the EPS (emergency power supply) proved very unreliable during testing. Technical support from Accuselect was very limited and after some 5 months, GivEnergy themselves took the lead in trying to tackle the problem. In the meantime I myself had installed already inrush current limiters on the groups that were connected to the EPS, the reason being that when the EPS had to come in action high peak currents were measured. This helped to improve the situation but did not solve the problem. GivEnergy replaced the battery pack two times and also the inverter was exchanged. However, this did not solve the problem either. Finally, 3 months later, an update of the inverter software did solve the problem. The support that I received from GivEnergy and their tenacity to solve the problem, and especially the support that I received from Brenden de Klerk, who is the technical representative of GivEnergy in The Netherlands, were highly appreciated.

Accuselect is professional. Customer service is personal, friendly, informative. All questions answered. No sales hype, unlike what we received from a number of other companies. Installation of our battery was simple and quick. Good follow-up after installation. We are happy to recommend Accuselect.
