This company frauded me. They sent me the wrong replacement screen. On contact they advised that I needed to “bend and break off the unnecessary tabs”. My response was “seriously?” I assumed this advice would be backed by them, and therefore if the panel would break during this ridiculous advice they would stand over it. But no.. “you broke it” they said, “not our problem” they said - shameful customer service - however, they did offer to send me the correct screen, for a £2.99 discount! At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.

Following this dreadful experience I bought direct from a Ali express for £26 delivered!

Really great service. Kept informed of order from receipt to dispatch. Arrived on the day as planned.

Excellent service, very helpful with e mail correspondence to find correct lcd screen for my old hp pavilion dv6. Item ordered and received royal mail track and trace. I fitted it myself no problem. Laptop came back to life highly reccomend

Awful experience. Screen failed after about a fortnight. Refused to refund unless I returned the screen This was impossible as the laptop was elsewhere in the country, the packaging had been disposed of and the original screen which this one had replaced had also been thrown out. If I had removed this defective one and had left it without there would be a safety issue.

Despite explaining this several times to the company all I have received is a seemingly automated response and no reference to my particular circumstances.

Very poor

This company is great!!!. I come across them on google and needed a new MacBook Pro screen for my mid 2012 Mac. The shell and screen was damaged due to it being dropped before, as a result I explored options with apple and considered selling to replace with a new one. I come across this website and was impressed with the price considering I had a computer which wasn't worth a great deal with the damage. The delivery was prompt as expected by their email confirmation with tracking details. I fitted within a reasonable amount of time following a tutorial (from another website) fired up and worked first time.

Bad service, no guarantee, poor quality parts.
Half of the purchased displays is defective upon delivery, the other half after a few weeks. Avoid this shoop, dubious and uproffessional.

Ordered before 2pm and delivered next day before 12pm with next day delivery. Fast delivery and the product worked as expected. Great service.

Great Service with Competitive Prices

I needed to replace the LCD panel on my wife's 17.3" HP Pavilion laptop which we replaced when it started showing blocks and artefacts on screen.

I found the part number in the HP maintenance manual, typed it into a well known search engine and Accupart came up as the most competitive pricing on a hard to source part and they had stock.

This pricing was important as otherwise the laptop would have been beyond economical repair.

I ordered the part, communication from the company was good, the item was dispatched very promptly with tracking and duly arrived on time. The packaging was also very good.

The replacement was a fairly simple operation (my first LCD panel) and fixed the problem. The laptop now works beautifully again.

I get to keep the laptop and it's gaming specification - Train Sim World, here we come.

I am delighted with the service, the availability, the pricing and the communication. The best part was the outcome.

I'm typing this review on the repaired laptop.

I would definitely use Accupart again if the need arises. I can recommend this company based on my experience.
