I'm generally pretty glad we signed up with AccuLynx. We're still working out some of the kinks and there's a couple suggestions that I would have.
The messaging capabilities is a little difficult as I need to CC myself in my messages to make sure I get a notification back. It may be better to have some type of notification that I've been messaged within my G Mail account, as the messages come back as a double message. One that I've messaged them, the 2nd that I've been CC'd. It's a small thing and not a big deal.
The major issue we are having is the scheduling. The calendar inside the program is not very good. It's not organized into crews 1-6 or however many we have. If the calendar were set up a little bit different, it would be much better.

This software is a game changer. I have never been so organized and relaxed with a million things going on at once. CRM is a must and Acculynx is the best.

I have found Acculynx to be very useful in keeping my business organized and up to date on the timeline of each account. Keeping all documents, photos, tasks, and most importantly the money trail. It’s a one stop shop! Would be lost without Acculynx.
