From choice ordering and delivery even how easy it was for me to return my package to post office. I rang customer service spoke to a lovely lady as I pressed button to say I had a printer and I haven’t. She was so helpful cancelled it to do again.

Very efficient
I ordered on Monday to be delivered at my nearest store. Called in after 1pm very pleasant assistant who went to get my order. She then went on to tell me I could have 15% off any item in store that day. All very efficient.

Flawed Scarf
I ordered on a Friday and the scarf was delivered the following Wednesday, a slower service than expected. The scarf also had several flaws in it so had to be returned. A disappointing experience.

Excellent service at Kingston store
Placed my order online but chose to collect in store as the delivery charges are so high. My collection was Accessorize in Bentalls in Kingston. The lady who served me was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. So much so I bought a second dress in store whilst collecting the one ordered.
