In general it's OK

In general it's OK. The webshop has a great variety of products. Shipment is slow, tracking is inaccurate, as the link they share with you is not updated, it always showed "preparing". So I contacted them, they gave me a tracking number and a link, that's when I figured out that the package was dispatched weeks ago and is stuck at customs, because I need to pay customs charges. The website did not mention that, and I did not receive any emails about this outstanding charge.
So the communication is not great and the information on the website is not accurate.
I also placed an order at TopBYD, I received my purchase in 8 days with absolutely 0 hassle. So I'm not sure if I can really recommend this site. Lack of communication, slow delivery and the additional cost of custom charges (+30%) makes it more expensive than the competitors.
