From Contacting Access4Lofts initially to speaking with Sam, from quotation through to installation was excellent, quick, professional and tidy. I would recommend Sam to anyone.

What an excellent job Ricardo did when creating a completely new loft access point. He created a new trapdoor, laid more insulation before boarding the area before improving the existing trapdoor and laying more insulation in that area. He barely stopped during the whole time and did not create any fuss. He was with us for three days
I highly recommend him.

Wow,wow,wow, 5* service from start to finish. We had a quote from a previous supplier of loft installations but he was too pushy, expected us to sign the dotted line, there and then. Stuart was the complete opposite. He's a very polite, personable, understanding chap. He knows his product and fully explained everything from our initial quote to installation. Kept us informed all the time. He arrived on time and you wouldn't of known he'd been at our house. Extremely tidy and got the whole job done in a day. We're absolutely delighted with our new loft boarding, new hatch and loft ladder and lights too. We can't praise this true gent enough, he's an absolute delight to have working in your home and totally trustworthy. Thank you Stuart for making our trip to our loft a 100% easier than years gone past. Thank you once again.

I booked for someone to come out & have a look at my loft ladder after having difficulty getting up into the loft.
Toby was very pleasant & said I had two options. I said I would like the wooden ladder. He told me the price & to expect an email soon
Which I never got. Phoned them up after a week to say I had not received the email. They asked for details again & said they will get it sent. Still not received.
I think they are too busy & can't cope with the demand.

UPDATED - Since writing my review, I have had a phone call from Access4lofts & was told another email was sent. Could not find it in my Inbox, so checked my spam while on the phone to them. Thank you for the email & phone calls.

Had this company round to install a loft from scratch...The guy who did it was absolutely superb from start to finish...Simon, worked on his own...in a small roof space, up steep stairs with parking spaces very limited. He was terrific from the initial survey right through to completion...and the price he gave was a one time figure...no 'hidden' extras...and all products used were of incredible quality from the hatchway, telescopic ladder and insulation...would thoroughly recommend...excellent, first class service.

Amazing from survey to installation and then completion. Fitters were fantastic today and left the house immaculate , they couldn’t have been more thorough with final instructions either. Highly recommend this company and its staff

2 days to fit a replacement hatch and board the loft, no complaints and would highly recommend them

Delighted with our new loft ladder!

David came and fitted our new loft ladder today - it's a bit of an awkward loft with limited space above the hatch but he found and fitted a very natty telescopic ladder which fits and works perfectly. He took great care of our staircase and new landing carpet and I can't fault him or his company in any way.

Today, we had our loft boarded out by Matt and Ben of Access4Lofts.
We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and price.
Both Matt and Ben were very polite and well mannered, they where very tidy and cleaned up on completion.
We will certainly recommend this company to our friends and neighbours.

We found the service to be very quick, informative, communicative, and there were many options offered to us to choose from. All work was done very quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Avoid, the young lad who came out to view my property had absolutely no interest, didnt even try to think of options, came out asked if id consider aluminium ladder and i said it wouldnt suit (I already have one, the whole point was to change) and he just left. read a few other reviews here that say similar, they don't like doing wooden ladders in older properties. I'm sure someone else will take my money.

Jayden the installer was punctual, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. He took time to explain how to use the ladder etc before leaving and made sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend this company. Very impressed.

Excellent work done very quickly. Competent and professional staff, Tom, who installed our loft ladder was very quick, efficient and super nice.

After finding this company online, Matt called me within the hr to organise a quote. The work was carried out on a date to suit ourselves due to our working commitments. Tom our fitter arrived on time was very polite and made no mess at all. When the work was completed he went through everything what was done, even to the weight we could now have in our new boarded out loft. Highly recommend this company. 😊

After being told 10 years ago that the joists were not stable enough for boarding. I needed new insulation. Nick came to give me a quote and from there on advised i actually could have flooring in there. Today Fully insulated with boarding down. New sturdy ladder installed. Mason carried on the work today I didn't know he was here, a quality team, such lovely people to deal with who respect your home and look after you. I can appreciate that I had to wait 2 months for the 1st slot available for this work as with the workmanship that Nick provides alongside all of his team. I'm happy to wait for the next available slot to extend the flooring. A lifetime guarantee given with the work carried out. Nick's work & team is worth every penny spent.

The Initial quote and visit was completed by Nick. He was on time, very courteous and respectful of our property. Quote sent through swiftly within 24hours.
His work partner (whose name I can’t remember unfortunately) turned up on the day on time at 9am and were done by 3pm. In that time he made the hatch bigger, added a new door, boarded 10 sq meters, added extra insulation and a telescopic ladder and cleaned up as well. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We downsized from a 4 bed to a 2 bed bungalow and needed more storage.
We contacted access4lofts in Banbridge, who were very professional fron the outset.
A survey including asbestos check, electrician came out the day before the work and fitted the lighting.
Matthew then attended moved the hatch to where we wanted it, then worked away and finished in roughly 5 hours.
So a new hatch, aluminium ladder, lighting and 7m2 of boarding. Also cleaned up.
If you are considering any work of this kind I thoroughly recommend access4lofts in Banbridge.
Communication was great throughout!
