Very amenable in their service to me and appreciate the customer patience.
Deposit payment followed by a speedy supply date, installed and looking great with a silky smooth and surprisingly quiet in its operating use with a very good control panel with lots of options, so very pleased and highly recommended company.

Engineers attended on time serviced our garage roller door. They described what they had done and cleaned everything before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had an issue with my garage door on Saturday and reported it. The engineer phoned me before 9am on Monday and arrived at 3pm. Naylor is incredibly knowledgable and was able to identify the problem, devise a solution and implement it within 50 minutes. He and his colleague are incredibly good at what they do!

A first-class company - the site assessment was carried out to a very high standard and excellent advice was given regarding the options available. Very happy with the service. On requesting the quote the engineer arrived at the scheduled time and did a very thorough inspection, quote arrived same day. After acceptance of the quote, delivery/installation date was given within a couple of days and installation was done on the day originally provided - no delays. The installation team did a great job, fast, accurate and left the garage and surrounding area clean and tidy on completion. Would very highly recommend this business.

My up and over garage door was replaced with a roller garage door. This review is nothing to do with the product which looks good but only time will tell if it continues to look good and continue to work. It is about the installation which was awful. When they removed the garage door frame, cement fell out and it exposed uneven bricklaying down both sides of the garage. It needed beading to make it look better but the company did not bother. The salesman, who was also the owner, told me that anyone trying to break in a roller garage door would kick in the corners. He said his company fitted metal bars into the concrete to prevent that. He forgot to tell the fitters, I do not have any metal bars.

Excellent service from start to finish, who attended my address to do a survey, and quote provided promptly. Roller door then ordered as per the timeline given, and the team arrived and installed as per the confirmed installation date. The Install was done without any fuss and the team took me through what they had done etc.

Every stage of buying a roller garage door from Access Security Systems was handled in an outstandingly positive way. Their website is transparent and the prices are clearly shown; no blue-suited, brown-shoed salesman pulling the first figure he thinks of out of thin air to see if you are prepared to pay it. Once I had given the dimensions of the door, I was given an email estimate subject to confirmation following a detailed survey.
Kim in the office was knowledgeable and informative and went back to the manufacturer to answer a question I had relating to spoofing or capturing the remote control signal. The office in Calleva Park had working models of all of the doors and Peter was extremely knowledgeable. The survey was carried out the following day and the estimate was confirmed as a firm quotation.
Installation was a mere 3 weeks after placing the order and Ben, one day shy of his 19th birthday, was a shining ambassador for the company. Efficient, articulate and meticulous in his work and tidying up after the job, he was an excellent example of not needing a degree in underwater basket-weaving to be successful in the workplace.
A local company with a 25 year pedigree in the business, I would recommend them to anybody considering a replacement garage door.

I used Access & Security Systems for supply and installation of an automatic SeceuroGlide Original roller garage door.

The customer service from initial contact through site survey to installation was excellent. All my queries were answered promptly and the installation was done well.

The new garage door is fantastic and it has a 7 year warranty. I'm glad we paid a bit more to get a SeceuroGlide door as while there are cheaper options, I think you get what you pay for and I didn't want to compromise on quality or reliability.
