Stay away from this company they’re only after your money

I wanted to get this set up because I wanted people to be a made aware of this mobility company.
They work out of Bedminster please do not buy any disabled products in this company as they are awful .
I bought a very expensive wheelchair which did not work. I’ve had three months of trying to do a section 75 in that time the company has threatened me by phone call and my letter.
I returned the wheelchair back to them as I was instructed to do by the bank now they want me to come and collect it now they have fixed it. Why would I want to collect a wheelchair from a company has been threatening me for months? There is no way I would want it back because I wouldn’t feel safe than fixing it in future . I’m just pre-warning everybody they don’t accept monthly payment so you have to accept the item and pay for it in one go I’m just glad I paid for it on my credit card but I’ve had nothing but problems since I purchased the item 1st wire a wire fall out of the joystick which they fixed then I had the battery continuously falling out of the bottom every time you went up and down a curb And everything is to go wrong with it they have been a complete nightmare to deal with because I am autistic and dyslexic it’s been more of a struggle for my for me mentally and physically as I live on my own and I am disabled. They have taken advantage of this and being vile. I’ve been going through my bank but it’s actually starting to wear me down physically and mentally as my dad died in the week and I’ve had to sort out his funeral. This company has been just sending me letters and demanding their money back which I don’t have as it’s in a holding pot but now they have the wheelchair I’m obviously 3 1/2 thousand pound out out of pocket and I will go to the financial ombudsman because I don’t know what else to do or I will take them to small claims court..
Be aware that you have been warned do not buy from this company in Bedminster .
I was warned of this company, but not about it in the fact that I went to another company mobility company and they told me not to use this Access Able but I didn’t know why and they wouldn’t tell me I wish they had. I would’ve not touched them with a barge pole . You have been warned.
I just wanted to update. It’s been six months now and there’s still no resolution to my section 75 so it looks like I’m going to the financial ombudsman as I was told this should’ve been resolved within a few weeks as obviously they have their wheelchair back. I’m the one that’s financially out-of-pocket now and I cannot even buy myself a mobility scooter because I need the money back first….
