The Worst Online shopping Site to purchase from

I have did online shopping for quite sometimes, but this has got to be for real the worst company to shop online with. I ordered a three white outfit for a all white party and the material was terrible it didn't even look half as good as the picture. Request to return it, its took almost a week for a response, and I still haven't got the instruction on how to return. They offered me $10.00 back for a $55.00 dollar outfit. They're getting over just figure how many other folks they have done this too. I just want to be refunded back what I paid.
