Acadecraft is a poorly organized company when it comes to managing their freelancers.
I've been owed a payment since December 2023. I didn't hear back from them until June 2024, so I decided to get in touch with them again. Since then, they've been giving me the runaround under the pretext that there's been a delay in payment, because the accounts department hasn't received an invoice from me (an invoice that I've been issuing every time I've raised my case of late payment with them, precisely to anticipate this kind of excuse).
Last time I checked, they'd postponed my payment from July 15 to August 31, and now that I've reminded them of the date 07/08/24, they've told me that the accounting department hasn't received any Paypal request from me, but I'd like to inform you that I've negotiated with them to be paid by ProzPay, which accepts Paypal because Paypal doesn't work in my country, or by Wise.
You should know that at the beginning of 2024, they asked me to send a positive review of their company to help them improve their image. Today I regret it frankly because I thought they had been unfairly accused by people.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We have worked for this company through our vendor Priya Balaji but we have not received the payment from her, she had followed up but they have not responded back, they have to pay more than 50K, if someone help to get the payment it would be really great, this review made based on Priya balajis update, we are not sure still she has received the payment or not, but we have not received our payment

Whole procedure completed in one day. All you need to do is call to provided number by talent acquisition person. There were 2 round 1 with CHRO and one with CEO. Initially talent acquisition told me that salary is not bar for right candidate. Once you complete all rounds you need to call CHRO he never call you then he will tell his offer and you need to accept it no negotiation. I asked him that talent acquisition person told me that salary is not constraint so just replied that you had talent acquisition discussed ad hock. No one gets hike of 40% you need 3-4 years to take this hike. I felt it is demonising and dominating. Then i seen reviews on glass door as well google review and ambition box reviews. All people where telling about salary issue. Realise that your salary will be credited as per the performance metrics which are not cleared within the interview. Horrible experience.

There is a huge work pressure in this company but the seniors, teammates, and HR are very helpful and they help me to achieve my targets on a daily basis.
