Would give zero stars if i could.
Cheap and nasty.

Asked about a product I had bought from the company and the bloke at the counter shoved a camera in my face and threatened flying his drone over my garden! When I asked why on earth such a weirdo would that he simply responded with it’s how he makes money!! What a strange individual - will not be buying again

This company Deleted my review on Google about a genuine issue I was having - don’t own a business if you cannot handle constructive criticism,the customer is always right , you cannot do everything right all the time, but deleting a customers opinion/review is out of order.

I have still not received my adapter although I have paid €8 to the Cyprus customs and received an email from Royal Mail stating that I have received it. My mail and parcels are delivered to a post box in my social club (for added security) but they have no record of it being delivered. As there is no tracking number supplied I cannot ask the Cyprus post either. Meanwhile I am left with a Zoom processor which I cannot use.

The response was very quick, and they gave me advice by e mail, which was great. I had the adaptor I needed, for quite an obscure piece of equipment, within a couple of days.

This is the second time I’ve used this company. Spot on. I now have 2 working radios that I was about to throw away thinking broken but it was faulty adaptors not radios. Both came well wrapped within delivery time.

I was most impressed with AC AD R US LTD. Your company was very keen to keep in contact with me throughout the order process, and asked for customer feedback.
Just one small criticism - the lead coming out of the adaptor had got rather bent. I mention this because my original adaptor lead frayed apart at this point, making it unuesable. Otherwise, I have been most impressed with your customer services.

Tried to get in contact in regards to a adapter many time but no joy, done a bit of research on the owner and find out he spends most of his time hassling other businesses, so while I haven’t purchased anything because not able to get in touch. This I my review on the customer service

The item I purchased arrived before the estimated delivery date. I bought the wrong adapter. What a breath of fresh air this company is....... Explained my error - Friendly, helpful and sending out a new adapter. Can't ask for more than that. Would defo do business with this company again.
